Introduction

Help! Our Google Analytics account needs migrating to G4 and we need someone with a bit of Google know-how to help rescue our data before the 1st July deadline!

This is a short but very rewarding opportunity to transform a small charity. Help us understand how to reach more families more volunteers and have a greater impact.

About KEEN London

Our mission is to improve the personal, social, and emotional development of children with additional needs and disabilities in London. We do this by providing free, accessible, supported sports and activities through our weekly KEEN Club sessions. 

KEEN is often the only place families feel safe leaving their child outside of school and provides a rare opportunity for children to come together in a safe environment supported one-to-one by a volunteer. Our services are based in areas of high deprivation and support families of children with additional needs to come together in our KEEN community.

About the role

• Carry out an audit of where we are our with Google Analytics migration

• Highlight any concerns and issues we need to address

• Lead and support the migration to G4

• Set up Google Tag Manager

• Set up Google Conversions

This project can be a short one-off project to set us on our way to understanding our audience or include some follow on to include quarterly check-ins and reviews and or the use of our Google Ads account (which we also need support with).

What we are looking for

• Available to work for at least 3 - 4 hours each month remotely 

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely and independently

• Awareness of GDPR and data protection issues
