We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring volunteer to join our management committee.
About us
Kingston Mental Health Carers’ Forum (KMHCF) is a small charity supporting unpaid carers of people with mental health issues in the Royal Borough of Kingston. We represent carers’ voices and work with local services to influence policy and service development.
What we do
- Provide 1:1 advice and guidance
- Run a monthly support group
- Share updates on mental health services
- Promote carers’ wellbeing and self-empowerment
Who we are
Our volunteer team combines professional skills and lived experience as carers, giving us strong insight into members’ needs.
What we’re looking for
We want to grow and improve our services. We’re particularly interested in volunteers who can take a hands-on role in development—especially those with relevant skills, including retirees keen to contribute.
If you have experience, motivation, and a desire to support carers who may feel isolated, we’d love to hear from you.
To offer support, advice and guidance to unpaid Carers, who can often feel isolated.
