Are you ready to build a legacy that saves lives?
In England today, too many men are fighting silent battles. They are navigating the complexities of mental health and personal growth without a compass or a tribe. At MINDSET, we are changing that narrative. We believe that through brotherhood, community, and intentional self-improvement, every man can reclaim his strength and purpose.
We have the vision. We have the momentum. Now, we need the Architect of Impact.
The Volunteer Opportunity: Men's Mental Wellbeing Project Manager (Volunteer)
As our first-ever Project Manager, you won’t just be "organising events"—you will be creating the very heartbeat of MINDSET. You will lead the creation, setup, and management of our mental wellbeing activities, support groups, and growth programmes. You are the one who turns our philosophy into a physical reality that men can step into.
Who You Are
We aren't looking for a CV; we’re looking for a character. We need a builder who is:
-
A Creative Programme Designer: You have the entrepreneurial spirit to design activities and groups that men actually want to attend—spaces that feel empowering, not clinical.
-
A People Leader: You understand the nuances of men's mental health. You can manage groups and sessions with empathy, authority, and a deep sense of brotherhood.
-
A Person of Action: You possess the dedication to take a programme from a "good idea" to a fully functioning, successful group that changes lives week after week.
-
A Believer: You are deeply committed to personal growth. You believe that when men come together with purpose, there is no limit to what they can overcome.
The Volunteer Role
Working directly with the Founder and CEO, you will be the lead architect of our delivery. You’ll be responsible for setting up our pilot programmes, managing the logistics of our men’s groups, and ensuring that every MINDSET activity is safe, impactful, and high-energy. You are the bridge between our mission and the men we serve.
Why Join Us?
This is a chance to be there at the "Day One" of something massive. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the actual programmes that will be rolled out across England. You’ll gain incredible experience in project management and social impact, but more importantly, you will see—firsthand—the moment a man’s life begins to change because of a programme you built.
"A man’s mindset is the foundation of his future. Help us build the programmes that help men strengthen that foundation."
If you have the project management skills to lead and the heart to serve, we want to hear from you. Help us turn the tide on men’s mental health by building the journey.
To empower men across England to take charge of their mental wellbeing and personal growth through connection, conversation, and community.
