Job description

Help Shape the Future of Men’s Mental Well-being and Self Improvement

Become a Trustee at MINDSET Charity – Where Purpose Meets Impact

Right now, men across the UK are facing silent battles. Struggles with mental health. A lack of safe spaces. A need for growth, healing, and hope. We believe every man deserves the chance to thrive—not just survive.

At MINDSET Charity, we’re at the very beginning of our journey. A small start-up with a powerful mission: To empower men through mental well-being and personal development. To rewrite the narrative. To build a movement.

And we need you.

We’re seeking Trustees who want to do more than sit at a table. We want changemakers. People who will meet quarterly, read between meetings, and roll up their sleeves to help us build something extraordinary from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help guide our strategy and vision.

  • Contribute your expertise between quarterly meetings.

  • Be part of a passionate team committed to real change.

  • Advocate for men’s mental health and personal growth.

This is not just governance. It’s legacy. It’s standing beside men who’ve been told to “man up” and showing them they’re not alone. It’s helping a small charity become a powerful force for good.

If you’ve ever wanted to be part of something raw, real, and deeply needed - this is your moment.

Join us as a Trustee. Help us grow. Help us lead. Help us change lives.
