ROLE: VOLUNTEER PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION: VARIOUS LONDON "POP-UP" SITES / REMOTE

THE VIBE

PROJECT MONO is stripping youth work back to the basics. No permanent buildings, no massive overheads—just high-energy, short-term "drops" in the heart of London. We turn empty shops into studios and concrete wasteland into community hubs.

We need a Project Manager to build the scaffolding that lets our creativity fly.

THE ROLE

This isn't a "sit behind a desk" job. You’ll be the engine room of PROJECT MONO.

• Site Scouting: Finding and securing "meanwhile spaces" across London.

• Logistics: Making sure the gear, the crew, and the youth all arrive at the same place at the same time.

• Compliance: Keeping the "Red Folder" tight—safeguarding, risk assessments, and insurance.

• People Power: Managing our volunteer "Crew" and keeping the energy high.

ABOUT YOU

• You know London. You know its postcodes, its potential, and its problems.

• You are organised enough to run a spreadsheet but flexible enough to handle a last-minute venue cancellation.

• You don't need a high-vis vest to lead, but you know when to be professional.

• You believe youth provision should be raw, authentic, and free.

THE COMMITMENT

We are volunteer-run and agile. We don't expect 40 hours a week. We need someone who can commit to 5-8 hours a week, with a "boots-on-the-ground" presence during our Signature Events.
