London is moving. The culture is shifting. At REMIX, we don’t just deliver projects; we spark movements. We are a brand-new, youth-empowered charity launching from the heart of East London, and we need a Head of REMIX Programmes & Impact to be the creative architect of our mission.

We are here to smash barriers and build real-world pathways to social mobility. To do that, we need a leader who can take our "street-level" energy and turn it into world-class programming that actually changes lives.

CRAFT THE CULTURE, MEASURE THE MAGIC

This isn't your average "project management" gig. This is about creativity, pulse, and proof. You’ll be responsible for making sure every REMIX session, workshop, and event is legendary.

• Design the Blueprint: You’ll lead the creation of our flagship programmes—blending creativity, culture, and community to ensure they resonate with young Londoners.

• Prove the Impact: We don’t just want to feel good; we want to do good. You’ll build the systems that track our success, proving to the world that our "Remix" actually works.

• Roll Up Your Sleeves: As a founder-member, you’ll be on the ground one day and in the boardroom the next, ensuring our vibe stays authentic as we grow.

• The "Feels": There is nothing like the buzz of seeing a young person discover a talent they never knew they had. You’ll be the one who built the stage they’re standing on.

• Bold & Analytical: You aren’t afraid to try new things, but you’re also obsessed with seeing real, measurable results for our community.

• A True Champion: You believe in young people's power and are ready to nurture and inspire them to be their best selves.
