Remix Youth Charity is looking for a Youth Engagement Volunteer to help us build meaningful relationships with young Londoners, ensuring their voices shape everything we do.

About Remix Youth Charity

We’re a new youth social mobility charity based in London, working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to boost their skills, experiences, and confidence. Through mentorship, opportunities, and positive role models, we help young people build the life toolbox they need to thrive.

Your Mission

As our Youth Engagement Volunteer, you’ll be the bridge between our charity and the young people we serve, listening, learning, and co-creating programmes that truly reflect their needs, dreams, and realities.

What You’ll Do

• Build trust and rapport with young people through outreach and conversation.

• Help facilitate youth-led workshops, feedback sessions, and creative activities.

• Gather insights and ideas to shape our services and campaigns.

• Champion youth voices across our platforms and events.

• Support young people in sharing their stories and celebrating their growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, empathetic communicator who connects easily with young people.

• Passion for youth empowerment, inclusion, and social justice.

• Experience in youth work, mentoring, or community engagement (bonus but not essential).

• A commitment to listening deeply and acting collaboratively.
