We focus on reaching those at risk and living in social isolation, ensuring they have access to our support when they need it most.

We’re seeking a volunteer to embrace the vital role of Chief Operating Officer, who will lead our charity’s operations and be the driving force behind SUNSHINE’s leadership, combating social isolation and guiding our young charity.

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be at the epicenter of our transformative mission. Your role will involve:

1. Operational Visionary: Drive our charity’s operations with strategic foresight and operational excellence.
2. Efficiency Expert: Streamline our processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maximum impact.
3. Strategic Planner: Develop and implement strategies that align with our mission and enhance our operational capabilities.
4. Financial Guardian: Oversee financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
5. Team Inspirer: Collaborate with our Founder and CEO, leading our team to new heights with your inspirational guidance.
6. Innovation Driver: Identify growth opportunities and drive organisational improvements, fostering positive change.
