Reporting to: Director of Engagement and Partnership

Role Overview:
As a Membership Data Analyst Intern at TRATSEDI, you will support the organisation in understanding, managing, and utilising membership data to strengthen engagement, improve services, and inform strategic decisions. This internship offers hands-on experience in data management, analysis, and reporting in a socially impactful context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of membership databases.

• Analyse membership trends, engagement patterns, and retention metrics.

• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making by management.

• Identify opportunities for improving membership engagement through data insights.

• Support segmentation and profiling of members to enable targeted communications and services.

• Collaborate with the engagement team to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Assist in documenting data processes, including data collection, storage, and analysis protocols.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent; experience with database tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting.

• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Interest in social impact, community engagement, or transport services is an advantage.
