• Wellbeing Sessions: Ensuring our approach is person-centred, addressing the mental and emotional barriers to employment.

• Job Clubs & Beyond: Launching practical, high-energy hubs for skill-sharing, networking, and application support.

• Service Design: Creating the "how" behind everything we do—ensuring our programmes are inclusive, effective, and scalable.
