Calling Creators of Change and Champions of Youth Voice to join us as our Youth Engagement & Programme Lead
Urban Youth is a brand new start-up grassroots movement that puts young Londoners at the heart of every decision. We’re seeking a passionate volunteer to co-design powerful youth work programmes and lead our Youth Advisory Committee—giving young people a real say in shaping their future.
Time Commitment: approx. 3-8 hours per week (flexible)

Co-create youth work activities with young people that spark creativity, confidence, and community.

Lead Urban Youth’s Youth Advisory Committee, empowering young people to shape strategy, services, and culture.

Champion co-production—ensuring that all programmes reflect the lived experiences and ideas of young people in London.

Work alongside trustees and the wider team to elevate youth leadership and meaningful participation.

Build an ecosystem where young people’s voices aren’t just heard—they’re central to every step forward.
