Based: Hybrid meetings take place at head office (Aylesbury) and via Teams

About the Role
Passionate, committed and talented trustees are essential to a successful charity. They set the overall direction of the charity and make sure it is run effectively.
Lymphoma Action is seeking a senior clinician with significant expertise in lymphoma to join our Board of Trustees. As a Trustee, you will help ensure our strategy, services and influencing work are informed by current clinical practice and emerging developments in lymphoma diagnosis, treatment and research. Your clinical insight will strengthen Board discussions, inform our policy influencing work, and support our engagement with the NHS and research community and ensure the patient voice is heard.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a clinically active consultant haematologist or oncologist with a strong understanding of the NHS and developments in lymphoma services, research, treatment and care.
- Is well connected within the lymphoma community through involvement in clinical, research, professional or national specialist groups.
- Brings strategic insight, sound judgement and a commitment to improving the lives of people affected by lymphoma.
Previous trustee experience is not required. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are committed to building a Board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Join us and help ensure that no one faces lymphoma alone.
