Operations Manager
● Oversee day-to-day remote operations of programs and teams
● Develop and implement operational systems and workflows
● Coordinate between departments (programs, finance, communications)
● Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
● Support strategic planning and organizational growth
● Develop policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
● Assist in volunteer coordination and onboarding systems
Monitor performance and recommend improvements
