UI/UX DEVELOPER

As a Volunteer UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive and accessible digital experiences that support ZEF's programs and initiatives. You will work closely with project teams to transform ideas into user-friendly interfaces and improve the overall experience of our digital platforms.

Key Deliverables

• Create wireframes, user flows, and user journey maps for assigned projects.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (or similar).
• Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review existing digital products and recommend usability improvements.
• Deliver design assets and documentation within agreed project timelines.

Your work will help ZEF build accessible, engaging, and user-centered digital solutions that improve the experience of volunteers, beneficiaries, and partners while strengthening the organization's ability to deliver social impact through technology.
