We are looking for an enthusiastic Trustee for Operational Management
to join our team at Work Stress Solutions.
Work Stress Solutions was set up with the mission to help elevate the weight of work-associated any vulnerability including mental health challenges. We're currently looking for a Trustee for Operational Management that will:
· Oversee the staff and management of this charity
· Have monthly face-to-face meetings with staff
· Offer ad hoc telephone or email guidance
...And we're looking for someone which has the following qualities:
• Prior experience in leadership / management roles
• Some understanding of charity management and governance
• Strong communicative abilities
• Able to deliver guidance and support to staff effectively
• No prior experience as trustee for Operational Management needed
• In possession of, or able to acquire an Enhanced DBS
Expected work duration of fairly flexible 25 hours per month.
