The Abraham Bridge Initiative (TABI) is a one year deadline exclusive peace initiative under Lauder's school of Government, Diplomacy & Strategy and the Shimon Peres Fellowship for Peace. We are searching for ambitious university students who are passionate about diplomacy, innovation, and cross-regional cooperation between Israel and Abraham Accords nations (UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, etc.). This initiative provides hands-on experience in cross-regional networking, business innovation, peace-building research, communication, and cultural diplomacy, allowing students to work alongside regional leaders, regional students, diplomats, and MENA professors with the goal of building social bridges between Jewish and Arab students across the Middle East and North Africa.
- The project will be completed by December 31st 2025 and there will be an award ceremony for all those involved along with networks and connections for life.

You’ll help us explore and integrate practical tech solutions — from AI to blockchain — that improve how we deliver services, especially in health and learning systems. You don’t need to know everything, but curios and creative!
Your roles will include:

We address two challenges:
- Individual feelings of helplessness and anxiety amidst big, global problems such as poverty and climate change combined with a growing disconnection between individuals, cultures and communities across the world.
- The lack of access to essential resources for marginalized groups of people. One example is that today, about 3.6 million Filipinos live without access to electricity or light. They get by with kerosine lamps which are not only hazardous to human health but dangerous to the environment. And now, with the global oil crisis in effect, families can literally burn up to 40% of their monthly income for just 2 hours/night of a dim flame.
It is our mission to enable people to apply their creativity for the benefit of society. We want to bring together artists from every discipline, age, and aspiration and enable them to collaborate on a platform that not only gives them visibility but a meaningful purpose behind their work. Ultimately, we want to mobilise communities to solve real-world problems in a fun and creative way. We do this on a per-project basis and mix the elements of creativity, culture, and social impact into everything we do. We have worked with DJs, dancers, graphic artists, directors, as well as early creatives who have helped us with event decoration, social media promotion, support with grant writing. Our collaborators have come from across the world. Among the impacts we have made, it ranges from projects that make an impact for disadvantaged families in the Philippines, to supporting low-income LGBTQ communities with their rental costs.

The traditional fresh produce supply chain in Africa needs organization and transparency. Currently, it is highly fragmented, making it difficult for farmers to get fair prices. Farmers often find themselves at the mercy of middlemen who offer low farm gate prices for their produce. This not only affects their livelihoods but also discourages them from investing in their farms and improving the quality of their produce. Conversely, retailers face the challenge of high fluctuating prices for low-quality fresh produce. This not only affects their profit margins but also hampers their ability to provide customers with consistent and high-quality produce.
Bringo Fresh leverages technology to shorten the fresh produce supply chain. Our platform connects farmers and retailers, eliminating the need for multiple intermediaries. This not only reduces costs but also ensures transparency and traceability throughout the process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: from writing inspiring job ads to onboarding new teammates who fit our mission and vibe
- Maintain a smooth and positive experience for all team members—from first hello to final farewell
- Support our team leads in performance check-ins, feedback loops, and development plans
- Organize internal growth opportunities, trainings, and team-building activities (yes, fun is part of the job)
- Help document our culture and values into scalable HR guidelines and practices
- Track roles, responsibilities, and team capacity so we can plan smart and work sustainably
- Be the go-to person for team questions, check-ins, and “I just need someone to talk to” moments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in HR, people operations, or team leadership
- A people-first mindset: you care deeply about humans and systems that serve them
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach—you don’t wait for things to break
- Great communicator, empathetic listener, and someone who knows how to hold space
- Experience using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or other HR software
- Familiarity with international or remote teams is a bonus

Recycllux solves the marine plastic waste crisis by enabling corporations, coastal authorities, and ports to act through our Marine Plastic Cleanup-as-a-Service (AI satellite-powered plastic pollution detection, decentralized cleanup operations, traceable plastic offset & ESG reporting).
Recycllux tackles the escalating crisis of marine plastic pollution, which endangers ecosystems, disrupts coastal economies, and accelerates climate change. Each year, 12 million tons of plastic enter the seas and oceans—set to triple by 2040. Despite EU mandates for urgent action, existing solutions fail due to lack of real-time monitoring, scalable cleanup methods, and transparent impact verification.
Recycllux solves the marine plastic waste crisis by enabling corporations, coastal authorities, and ports to act through our Marine Plastic Cleanup-as-a-Service platform that integrates:
- AI satelite-powered marine plastic detection to provide real-time data on plastic pollution spots in the sea;
- Decentralized cleanup operations leveraging local value chains (fishing vessels, NGOs, recyclers) with blockchain-based traceability.
- Certified ESG reports and Plastic Offset Credits for compliance and sustainability.
Our AI-driven satellite analysis identifies marine plastic hotspots in the seas, enabling efficient, targeted decentralized cleanup interventions to effectively remove plastic waste and ensure it is reintegrated into the circular economy. The blockchain-based intervention management portal ensures full traceability from detection to collection, recycling, and impact reporting, allowing companies, coastal authorities, and ports to demonstrate compliance and sustainability efforts transparently.
By embedding collection within coastal communities and engaging local fishing fleets and local NGOs, we minimize carbon emissions, create local jobs, and improve cost efficiency. Partnering with local recyclers and repurposing facilities, we ensure that plastic waste is reintegrated into the circular economy, reducing reliance on virgin plastics and cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
Recycllux advances climate resilience by preventing plastic pollution from harming marine ecosystems, enhancing seas health and mitigating pollution-related CO₂ emissions.

As our Content Creator & Marketing Strategist, you will help amplify our message, build brand visibility, and drive engagement across B2B channels, turning awareness into meaningful partnerships, customers, and real-world impact.

The People and Culture (P&C) Committee is responsible to the Board of Trustees for oversight of the People and Culture Strategy and its effective implementation, including the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion agenda. The scope of the P&C Committee includes HQ volunteers as well as the staff workforce. It sets and reviews the salary of executive management; oversees the annual cost of living review, is focused on developing the right working culture for the organisation and scrutinises and approves HR policies.
The role of an Independent Member is to provide the People and Culture Committee with advice, guidance and scrutiny to assist the Committee in making key decisions.
Main Responsibilities
Along with other members of the Committee:
- Review the People & Culture Strategy which supports the organisational strategy and recommend it to the Board
- Act as advisor to ensure Equity, Diversity and Inclusion considerations for staff and HQ volunteers underpin the objectives within the People & Culture strategy
- Conduct high level monitoring and oversight of the achievement of objectives within the People & Culture strategy
- Oversee the HR function to assure that we are legally compliant, effective and responsive to the needs of the organisation and its people
- Ensure that the culture of the organisation is appropriate to achieve its objectives and support its values
- Monitor HR key performance indicators to assure the Committee and the Board that the Scouts is a good employer
- Ensure that robust and suitable HR policies and procedures are in place, that ensure fairness, equality and best practice in the management of staff, including an effective Reward Policy to underpin the successful recruitment and retention of staff
- Recommend to the Board the annual staff pay award
- Ensure the effective recruitment of ELT members via the Chair of the Committee
- Approve remuneration for ELT (with the exception of the Chief Executive whose remuneration is determined by the Board)
- Ensure an effective performance management policy and appraisal process is in place for ELT
- Assure itself that staff/volunteer relationships are effective
- Oversee the wellbeing of our people, working in collaboration with the HQ Health, Safety and Welfare Committee.
The person
A commitment to the vision and values of Scouting and the ability to challenge the Association’s policies and practices positively are essential.
Candidates should:
- Have a strong track record of achievement, especially in the area of Reward and Recognition
- Have experience of contributing to, supporting and or/leading HR policy formulation and culture setting across a large organisation or movement
- Have experience of designing and managing pay, benefits and non-financial incentives to motivate people
- Have a breadth of vision and a grasp of governance issues alongside an eye for detail
- Have unquestioned integrity, effective communications skills and experience of high-level discussion
- Have an understanding and commitment to The Scout Association’s evolving strategic plan and vision
- Be able to digest and act upon large amounts of written material, and have the ability to consider and constructively challenge the performance, strategy and objectives of The Scout Association
- Have experience of the Scout Movement and, ideally, the role of HQ volunteers
- Have experience of working at, or volunteering with, a charitable organisation
Time Commitment
For this role, the appointed candidate should expect to spend the equivalent of a day per quarter on The Scout Association’s work after the induction phase. This is based on preparation for and attendance at the scheduled People and Culture Committee meetings (three in each year, generally two meetings online and one face to face in London)
Appointment term
Appointments are typically for an initial three-year term, with the possibility of a further term of three years subject to a satisfactory appraisal.
Remuneration and expenses
In common with other registered charities, there is no remuneration directly associated with the role, although the Association will reimburse fully for all reasonable and properly documented expenses incurred in performing duties in accordance with the Association’s Expenses Policy.

Time Commitment
Appointments are made for a term of three years. Board members may serve a maximum of three terms (i.e. 9 years in total).
Being a Trustee of the Wordsworth Trust is a voluntary position, but we will cover travel and other expenses. For those living further afield we appreciate that Grasmere is in a rural location and will arrange overnight accommodation and transport to and from the nearest railway station.
The Trustees hold four board meetings a year with two taking place at Wordsworth Grasmere and two being held online. The Grasmere meetings usually take place at weekends. It is possible to join in-person meetings online, although we hope that trustees can attend in person at least once a year.
Trustees are also encouraged to contribute to committee work and to fundraising activities. In addition to the above, Trustees will need to give time to study papers in advance of meetings.
Trustees are encouraged to attend Wordsworth Trust events in Grasmere and elsewhere but we recognise that our location may not make this possible on a regular basis.

Climate and nature are urgent, motivating issues, so we attract great volunteers. We want to fulfil our potential by making sure we get the best out of our fantastic people and all the future ones we attract by keeping them happy and active. That is the role.
What will you be doing?
EcoCounts is a group of volunteers working together to embody EcoCore’s approach to the climate crisis. EcoCore covers a lot of ground because the climate and biodiversity crisis is so all-encompassing, which means we have a lot of varied and different volunteer tasks available, ranging from carbon footprint data collection, setting up sub-teams of friends or colleagues or doing social media or running workshops.
Your responsibilities would be to create volunteer tasks from our work streams, which would include things like:

creating a role description for each volunteer task to give a good outline of everything required and expected

keeping track of what volunteers are active on

encouraging and inspiring volunteers to deliver on commitments

creating an incentives or rewards framework for volunteers, potentially working with supporting businesses to agree on gift vouchers, tokens etc

managing a small budget

building up a social network with events, collaborations and other inputs

using our social media accounts to advertise, to celebrate achievements etc

help other directors, trustees & secretary keep reporting, stats, and feedback on activities up-to-date

You should be a people-person with experience of managing people. You should be happy to put in the time and effort communicating with the volunteers both all-together and individually in a way that gets the best results from them.

Society has got itself into a dangerous situation with the climate crisis and EcoCounts aims to create a way out. We need all sorts of different people, not just climate nerds and sustainability fanatics, although of course that doesn't hurt. The person we need right now is someone who knows what people need to keep them happy and effective as a volunteer for us.
Being a volunteer-based organisation at this stage still, that might make the volunteer chief of staff the most important person we have. Of course we all consider each other equal. Being small and dynamic means EcoCounts can offer the flexibility for you to do an excellent and fulfilling job.
