Title: Operations Lead
About the Role: We are looking for an organised, self-motivated Coordinator to manage our communications and inbox operations independently. You will be the primary point of contact for our volunteer teachers, ensuring smooth operations by following our clear organisation handbook and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Inbox Triage & Teacher Support: Answer routine teacher inquiries independently using established SOPs and the Teacher Handbook.

Issue Resolution: Address logistics or schedule friction between teachers and students.

Safeguarding Escalation: Identify sensitive issues or trauma reports and immediately route them to the Safeguarding Officer per protocol.

Teacher Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new teacher cohorts (once every three months).

Match students: Match students with teachers (once every three months)
Qualifications:

Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Arabic, French, or German is a strong asset.

Strong decision-making skills; ability to read policy documentation and act without constant supervision.

High interpersonal skills, patience, and professional judgment.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable for completing tasks end to end.
Time Commitment:

4 days/week (approximately totalling 4–5 hours per week).

Minimum commitment: 16 weeks (4 months).
