Job description

Core Purpose: To assist the charity with sourcing and onboarding Volunteer Adventure Ambassadors and Volunteer Mountain Leader & Expedition Guides who help to support their range of UK and Overseas Challenges which raise funds to support animals in need

Key Responsibilities

  • Vacancy Posting: Advertise the roles across a range of volunteer networks
  • Application Screening: Assist with reviewing initial applications 
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized tracker documenting where each applicant is in the onboarding process

Required Experience & Skills

  • Background in HR, recruitment, or volunteer coordination desirable.
  • An awareness of potential recruitment networks relating to these roles an advantage but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage applicant databases confidentially.
