The Role

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage activity bookings for campaign winners through partner providers
Liaise directly with creators and winners to arrange meet and greet experiences
Collect availability from winners for experiences booked on their behalf
Confirm bookings, manage logistics, and communicate details clearly to all parties
Send reminders and follow ups to ensure experiences proceed as planned
Support post event engagement, including encouraging appropriate social sharing

The role of a Treasurer is an unpaid, voting role sitting on the UK Board of Trustees and reporting to the Chair of Trustees. Role Overview

What You’ll Create
We’re looking for a designer who can support us with a range of creative assets, including:
Two Roller Banners for events and outreach
Social Media Posts for campaigns, awareness, and volunteer recruitment
Business Stationery (letterheads, compliments slips, email signatures)
A Business Card–Size Leaflet for quick outreach and community distribution
Additional digital and print materials as we grow
You’ll work closely with our team to ensure everything feels warm, dignified, and unmistakably SUNSHINE.
