Job description

Key Responsibilities


Research Summary Creation
● Conduct literature reviews and analysis on topics aligned with the charity’s
focus areas (Neurodivergent adults and mental health).
● Identify and summarise key findings from academic journals, policy papers,
reports, and grey literature.
● Create easily digestible research summaries for us to publish on our online
knowledge base.
● Liaise with relevant teams in the charity e.g. Social media and Fundraising to
inform campaigns and social media content creation.

Additional Duties
● Monitor emerging research, trends, and policy developments relevant to the
charity’s mission.
● Support funding applications and grant proposals by providing
evidence-based content and references.


Essential Skills & Attributes
● Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in literature reviews or
academic research.
● Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex
information.
● Knowledge of the charity’s sector or willingness to quickly develop subject
expertise.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Commitment to AuDHD UK’s mission and values.
● Lived experience of AuDHD or neurodivergence (desirable).

Time Commitment Estimate
● Research/Review of literature: 1–2 hrs/week
● Research Summary Creation: 3-4 hrs/week
