About Us
Whispaws Animal Sanctuary is a UK-based charity dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned dogs and cats in Serbia. We provide veterinary care, rehabilitation, and adoption opportunities, and run sterilisation campaigns to reduce the street dog population. Our work also includes a street feeding campaign, ensuring that abandoned animals living outdoors receive regular food and care.
We are a small but passionate team, committed to improving animal welfare through hands-on rescue work, community outreach, and fundraising.
The Role
We are looking for reliable, proactive volunteers to join our team and support us with general administration, social media, and fundraising. You may choose to help in one area or across several, depending on your skills, interests, and availability. The work can be done remotely, although if you are based near Sevenoaks, Blackheath, or Chislehurst, there are opportunities to join our in-person fundraising events.

Men Who Talk is a UK registered charity, running twice weekly online peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18+ across the UK. The groups take place between 7:00pm - 8:30pm every Wednesday evening, and 14:00 - 15:30 every Saturday afternoon.
Our groups are supportive spaces for men aged 18+ to come and talk openly about what's on their mind. All groups are free to attend and follow the evidence based model of peer support.
Volunteers are required to be online from 6:45pm to 8:45pm on a Wednesday evening, and from 13:45 - 15:45 on a Saturday, and are required to facilitate around 1 group per month. Volunteers are asked to commit to an a minimum of 6 months of volunteering in the initial stage.
All groups are facilitated by a minimum of 2 facilitators, and follow a semi-structured pattern.
We are looking for passionate men with some experience of groups facilitating or working in mental health settings to come join us as facilitators. Experience in using online platforms such as zoom is essential.
A degree in psychology is preferred but not an essential requirement.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK in order to join us, MWT is unable to sponsor any visa applications. Fluency in conversational English and a firm grasp of technology is also required.

Ready to make a difference to a young person's life? Team Up is seeking dynamic volunteer to help transform the lives of disadvantaged pupils by improving their grades and building confidence in their learning.
We are looking for inspirational role models who will tutor Maths or English on one of our 12-week online progarmmes, starting mid-September 2025,
You will be matched with a small number of pupils and provide them with the academic support, encouragement and inspiration they need to get back on track. The pupils on our online programmes have had some disrupted schooling due to personal circumstances and our tuition programmes aim to build not just academic strength, but confidence and positivity towards learning as well.
All our volunteer tutors receive full training, lesson resources and support from a qualified teacher / team manager throughout their placement.
Practical Considerations:
- Tutors can choose between between two online programmes: Tuesday mornings from 11:30am till 12:45pm or Tuesday afternoons from 16:45 till 18:00.
- The start date of both programmes is Tuesday 16th September 2025 and the final sessions are on Tuesday 9th September 2025.
- Sessions are 60 minutes and take place via Teams. Tutors are expected to be online 15 minutes prior to their session. There is a 15-minute debrief with your progarmme manager after each session.
- This role requires you to undergo a free of charge enhanced DBS check, which will be arranged by Team Up.

As a Online Communications Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our online community, creating engaging content, highlighting auction items, and helping raise awareness for our charity. Your work will directly support our efforts to provide care, rescue, and rehoming for animals in need.
What You'll Do:

Manage and grow our Facebook group: Keep the group active by posting engaging content that promotes our auctions and other fundraising initiatives.

Create and schedule posts: Highlight auction items, share updates from our main charity page along with engaging relatable content to keep the group active.

Design eye-catching graphics: Use Canva to create appealing posts and event graphics to attract attention and engage followers.

Engage with the community: Respond to comments, messages, and encourage group interaction to build a supportive environment. Share our group with relevant community pages and work to increase followers.

Develop an Auctions Newletter: Produce an exciting newsletter for our Auctions Supporters, keeping them up to date with the latest information and encouraging them to donate and take part in our monthly auctions.
