At MINDSET Charity, we are embarking on a vital mission to redefine men's mental well-being across the UK. We know the heartbreaking truth: silence costs lives. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role as our (Volunteer) General Manager. This isn't just a management position; it's an opportunity to be the driving force behind a new movement. You'll be instrumental in taking our vision from concept to concrete impact, leading our talented volunteer teams, setting up and streamlining our operations, and ensuring every effort propels MINDSET Charity towards success.
Imagine the profound ripple effect: Your leadership will directly enable men to find safe spaces to talk, equip them with essential life skills, and foster a powerful community that truly changes lives. You'll build the framework that allows vulnerable men to find their strength and resilient men to achieve even more.
We're searching for an inspiring individual who can bring:
-
Proven Leadership: Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and driving growth, ideally in a start-up or non-profit environment.
-
Team Building Expertise: A passion for recruiting, motivating, and nurturing a dedicated volunteer team.
-
Resourcefulness: The ability to navigate challenges creatively and make the most of limited resources.
-
Strategic Vision: A clear understanding of how to translate our mission into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
