The Programme and Impact Manager oversees the delivery and development of Kinetic Foundation’s partner-funded programmes and workshops, focusing on personal development activities, community programmes, and impact recording and reporting, ensuring robust data management and safeguarding compliance.This dynamic role requires a flexible, organised individual passionate about youth development and social mobility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Development Activities 

• Manage, implement, and evaluate partner-funded programmes and workshops to enhance participants’ social-emotional skills, resilience, and employability. 

• Coordinate with external deliverers, funding partners and schools to schedule and deliver workshops for 16-19-year-olds. 

• Manage programme budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective delivery in collaboration with partners. 

• Ensure workshops address barriers to success aligning with the Foundation’s impact framework. 

Community 

• Oversee HAF programmes, to support recruitment and awareness of the charity in KS3 and KS4. 

• Manage food deliveries, staffing, budget awareness etc. for HAF programmes as well as completing the end of delivery reports and evaluations required. 

• Communicate with participants, parents/carers, schools, and stakeholders to promote programme accessibility and engagement. 

• Maintain and update the CRM and master calendar to ensure all community programme events and opportunities are scheduled and communicated effectively. 

Impact Recording and Data Management 

• Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of programme data to ensure robust, GDPR-compliant records of participation, outcomes, and impact. 

• Conduct pre- and post-intervention monitoring and exit route tracking to measure long-term impacts, such as transitions to employment, training, or university. 

• Develop quantitative and qualitative reports to communicate impact to funders, senior management, and trustees, using data visualisation techniques where possible. 

• Implement the Kinetic Impact Framework across all programmes to ensure consistent evaluation and continuous improvement. 

• Work alongside the COO to keep CRM up to date with participant numbers on the programme.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of youth unemployment, NEET status, and social mobility trends to inform programme design and reporting. 

Team Collaboration and Management 

• Manage the Youth Engagement Officer through weekly meetings, ensuring alignment with programme goals and participant needs. 

• Collaborate with the COO, marketing, and fundraising teams to align programme delivery with organisational objectives and funding requirements. 

• Support the wider team by attending events and opportunities linked to Kinetic Futures and community programmes, ensuring high attendance and engagement. 

Safeguarding – Kinetic Futures 

• Ensure all programmes, workshops, and events comply with the Foundation’s safeguarding policies, including DBS checks and training requirements. 

• Ensure risk assessments and all relevant trip packs are created for any external visits in good time so they can get signed off. 

• Work with the COO to support safeguarding procedures, coordinating to address concerns promptly.

Money Guidance Officer – 6-month FTC – £28,000 – Hybrid – London

We’re working with a small but mighty charity that’s on a mission to make debt and money advice accessible to everyone. They’re expanding their team and looking for a Money Guidance Officer to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thrives in community-facing work and enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life.

• Has strong admin and organisational skills, alongside a warm and empathetic approach.

• Can juggle outreach, engagement, and support work – keeping individuals connected to the debt advice journey.

• Is comfortable delivering 1-2-1 and group sessions, promoting financial resilience and education.

• Can work flexibly across community locations in London (with some hybrid working available).

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team at a pivotal moment of growth, helping to ensure people are not just referred into services – but fully supported throughout their financial advice journey.

Salary: £28,000

Home-Start Epsom, Ewell and Banstead is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families and children.  Our team of trained staff and volunteers provide regular emotional support and practical help to families in their own homes and in groups throughout the community.

While the majority of our funding has previously come from grants, we are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a part-time Community Fundraiser to help the charity diversify our funding sources and engage with the local community, individuals and businesses.

The right candidate will combine their enthusiasm about our purpose, their excellent networking and negotiation skills, and their local know-how to generate income from a range of sources across Epsom, Ewell, Banstead and North Mole Valley. Knowledge of Home-Start and similar experience would be advantageous.

This role requires good IT, evaluation and report writing abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial and other data.

Are you an experienced manager with a passion for delivering high quality services to people with learning disabilities? Are you committed to working in collaboration with service users, maximising independence, self-confidence and integration in the community? If so, you may be just the person we are looking for to take the lead on developing our newly awarded supported living service based in the Harrow and Wembley area.

Based across two properties, you and your team will be supporting ten adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, as well as additional mental and physical health needs.

You will play a pivotal ambassadorial role, continuing Centre’s 404 service expansion into the London Brough of Brent and bringing our expertise, vision and values to families in need.

This varied and dynamic role will lead on the set up, coordination and provision of excellent person-centred care and support to service users, enabling them to live independently in their home and be supported in all aspects of day-to-day living. As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. This role will manage the delivery of our legacy marketing strategy across our priority markets reporting into the Global Legacy Director, and working closely with the Legacy Officers, the Direct Marketing and Digital Teams. Reporting and analyzing results to inform future learnings and strategies to drive awareness and consideration of legacy giving to IFAW.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legacy Marketing Specialist will have a global role, managing the marketing in each of our priority countries, Canada, US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Australia.

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all legacy campaigns across stewardship and acquisition including multi channel activity including digital, print, and events. Ensuring high-quality delivery and maximum impact.
• Work closely with and collaborate with internal teams including Direct Marketing, Design, Production and Digital as well as external agencies to develop compelling content and messaging aligned with the organisation’s brand and communication strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing results and recommending new channels or strategies to grow legacy donor acquisition and retention.
• Manage the expenditure and across all legacy marketing activity and working closely with the Production team ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and adherence to financial processes.
• Deputise for the Global Legacy Director as needed and contribute to cross-team initiatives to support integrated fundraising goals.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience in UK charity of legacy marketing or fundraising across acquisition and stewardship.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing activities across traditional and digital platforms.
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

As Director of Fundraising, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team delivering on the strategic objectives of the charity with responsibility for raising £4m this financial year in voluntary income for the Childhood Trust across trusts & foundations, corporates, major donors and community.  Delivering growth year on year to support the ambitious plans of the organisation.  Directly managing three ‘Heads Of’ fundraising roles, you will create a new fundraising strategy, steer the fundraising team’s activities, secure funding, and cultivate relationships that fuel our mission.
