Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage support staff, working with service users in their homes. Be aware of and work to trauma informed principles and manage the service as a psychologically informed environment. Ensure staff to work to psychologically informed principles and help service users to develop aspirations for their future. This will include developing goals for employment training and education. To assist support staff to achieve tangible progress outcomes for their support clients. Outcomes that are in line with Causeway’s mission and with LB Haringey’s contractual requirements. Work with the CEO to review and develop policies, including for specialist training and support as necessary. Support the CEO to develop and implement an organisational client mental health strategy, for all support services. Ensure staff understand the purpose of the service and their role in delivering outcomes. Ensure continuous learning and development across the team by embedding learning from training and service reviews. Work closely with Causeway’s internal Housing Team to ensure residents are complying with the terms of their tenancy or licence agreements. Lead on client involvement within the service. To represent CIHA at external events and meetings when necessary.

The Supporter Journey Officer is a new role within the Supporter Journey team. This role will suit a proactive team player who has experience in the fundraising sector together with a keen interest in, and knowledge of, supporter experience and stewardship. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal - are a must.

About the role

As the Supporter Journey Officer, you will assist the Supporter Journey Manager with the development and elevation of an integrated supporter journey programme at Versus Arthritis, ensuring our contactable community receives a consistent and highly engaging supporter experience, which builds loyalty and inspires action. 

This will include delivery of audience focused, integrated organisational journeys that build on our highly motivated community of supporters, based on shared values. These journeys will be managed across our platforms and audiences to significantly grow our voluntary income and lifetime value. You will be responsible for the delivery of communications across channels, including email, post and text messaging, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of agreed communications.

Central to increasing loyalty and inspiring positive action from our audience, we share the extent of the work being done by Versus Arthritis for the 10 million people in the UK living with arthritis. Alongside product managers, you will work to optimise in-product journeys across the organisation through consultancy and shared learning. You will work collaboratively with the head of department and other directorate colleagues to create and embed a fundraising and engagement culture across the organisation.

A key part of the role is to provide practical, administrative support and to lead on facilitating the collection of insight evaluation and future development, ensuring this supports team performance and learning. We’re a small and dynamic team at the forefront of innovating the charity’s Income and Engagement directorate.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a team of two to deliver exceptional and effective brand and marketing activity.

You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of brand and marketing campaigns for key programmes, projects and products, aligned to our organisational priorities.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the charity, external suppliers and children and young people with cancer - and their families - to use marketing and communications approaches to achieve business goals. You’ll also drive greater public knowledge of the charity, leading to deeper levels of engagement and greater action.

What will I be doing?

• Develop and deliver audience and insight-led integrated marketing campaigns for key programmes, projects and products.
• Manage and develop the Brand and Marketing Communications Officers to deliver great work.

The Europe Regional Finance program has evolved out of our Financial Regulation and Policy Program that began in 2019 with a narrow focus on European central banks. About The Role

Working closely with the Program Director, the Program Manager adapts and manages the Europe Regional Finance program to ensure the program team delivers on its objectives and goals. The role requires high-level coordination and support to a team working across Europe, leading campaign planning and evaluation processes, grant management, while coordinating the program's budgeting and re-forecasting. 

The Program Manager ensures the effectiveness of the Europe Regional Finance Program by managing and coordinating its various projects, overseeing budgets and grant cycles, implementing team effectiveness initiatives, and supporting the development and execution of program planning, monitoring and evaluation processes.

We support networks of organisations to work together to achieve outcomes that would not be possible by individual organisations acting alone. We expect all roles at Sunrise to actively support the capacity building of these networks and partner organisations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement robust planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes and foster a culture that recognises the importance of failure and learning in the pursuit of greater impact, identifying ways of measuring impact and success.
• Manage a multi-million dollar campaign budget, including tracking spending to stay on budget, reporting on our spending to donors and internal audiences, and advising on a partner grants plan and resourcing plan.
• Manage the entire program’s grant portfolio, ensuring efficient management and processing of grants to support program delivery. This includes providing guidance to team members on grant processes, tracking and monitoring grant payments, authoring and reviewing grant dockets and memos as appropriate, working with other program teams on grants as needed, and ensuring timely follow-up and feedback with partners. 
• Oversee program’s contracts, including the hiring and onboarding of necessary new agency partnerships, contracts, and temp employees, and tracking and monitoring contract payments.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment that values continuous learning and professional growth to maximize program effectiveness, including proactively supporting the professional development of individual team members and line management as appropriate for the program structure.
• Lead programmatic oversight of risk, security, and compliance as appropriate for the program and in coordination with TSP’s operations team
• Co-lead on high-performance, collaborative and sustainable teamworking by fostering Sunrise’s culture and hiring, managing, and developing talented individuals.
• Lead the planning and delivery of online and in-person events (briefings, convenings, and retreats) from ideation to debrief, with responsibilities spanning logistics, agenda design, facilitation support, vendor management, RSVP oversight, in-person support, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead in developing program-specific onboarding systems and materials for new staff and contractors that build on Sunrise-wide onboarding processes.
• Represent the program as appropriate in various operational initiatives and organizational efforts.
• Proactively contribute to the culture of the wider organization, including leadership on our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Align programmatic strategies and OKRs with Sunrise’s Values.

Required skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience in management of complex projects with a strong orientation to detail, including demonstrated ability to develop a detailed plan to monitor projects from initiation to completion, including managing stakeholder input and coordinating people and processes to deliver desired results.
• Demonstrated experience in people, performance, and culture leadership, with operational management experience including hiring, nurturing, coaching and enabling talented and diverse people.
• Demonstrated ability of building, managing and tracking large, multifaceted budgets including grant plans.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute team systems, processes and culture that enable a team to work more efficiently and effectively together for maximum impact.
• A high level of emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal communication and group facilitation skills.

We are looking for a confident, compassionate and organised practitioner to deliver focused family support with a strong focus on early learning. This role combines practical support for families with children and delivery of child development interventions such as Making it REAL and Big Hopes Big Futures. About the role

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator (known internally as People Development Coordinator) with either experience in learning and development and/or a strong interest in building a career in the field to join our People Development Team

Since 2019, we have been building a cross-cutting thematic programme using our investor accountability, corporate engagement and public policy toolkit to build a movement to harness the power of the investment system to address commercial determinants of health.

In 2022, we launched Long-Term Investors in People’s Health (LIPH), a cross-cutting programme of work leveraging our toolkit of investor accountability, corporate engagement and policy advocacy. It is one of ShareAction’s largest programmes. Since the launch of LIPH, we have run high-profile campaigns to get large food manufacturers and retailers to improve their health disclosures and sell healthier products via our Healthy Markets Initiative (HMI); recently set up a Clean Air Initiative (CAI); mobilised investors to engage with corporates, the UK government, and standard-setting bodies on issues such as clean air and sick leave policies; and partnered with academics to grow the evidence base on the financial materiality of health. We have ambitious plans to take this work forward and are looking for a new Head of the team to help us do so.

As Head of Health, you will:

• Oversee and contribute to the successful implementation of ShareAction’s strategy to tackle poor health via its LIPH programme, a cross-cutting programme of work leveraging our toolkit of investor accountability, corporate engagement and policy advocacy.
• Lead and motivate a team of 10 staff members and directly line manage at least three of them.
• Ensure adequate risk management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes are in place.
• Together with the Fundraising team and Co-Director of Corporate Engagement, be responsible for securing funding for the LIPH programme, including writing funding bids, supporting with relationship management, supporting the coordination of our Funders’ Governance Group, and helping produce update reports.
• Plan, manage and report on budget for the LIPH programme, delegating workstream and campaign budgets where there are appropriate leads.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior external stakeholders, including funders, journalists, investors, and civil society organisations.
• Act as one of ShareAction’s subject matter experts on commercial determinants of health, keeping your knowledge up to date with developments across academia, civil society, and public policy.
• Act as a media spokesperson for the team and represent it in internal and external forums.

About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer with paid advertising and organic social media experience to join our Digital team.

As Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for creating email marketing campaigns, running paid advertising activity and creating content across organic social channels to help teams across the organisation hit their objectives. What will I be doing?

No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description.

Email responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end email campaigns including briefing, copywriting, creation in Dotdigital, send and evaluation 

Paid responsibilities 

• Deliver paid digital marketing campaigns in-house including running virtual challenge ads in Meta – working with the Product Lead to design the campaign plan, draft the copy, build in-platform, optimise and evaluate 
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns run by our digital media agency, ensuring they have clear briefs, assets are provided on-time and campaigns are delivered to plan

General Digital Marketing responsibilities

• Be part of the team’s social media monitoring rota and moderate our social channels - ensuring comments are appropriately handled in line with the social media policy
• Create and schedule content across organic social channels to support key campaigns 
• Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns reporting on KPIs and metrics using digital marketing tools including GA4, Lookerstudio, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Bing Ads in-platform reporting

The key skills we’re looking for in this role are: 

• Managing marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, paid media and organic social. 
• Creating content for digital channels, including email, paid ads and organic social posts. 
• Using an ESP to deliver end-to-end email campaigns and writing, building, sending and evaluating results (eg Dotdigital); experience building automations and implementing tests.
• Building and optimising paid advertising campaigns in Meta Business Manager. Desirable experience of running campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
• Using GA4 to effectively track and measure campaign performance
• Using a social channel management tool (eg. Hootsuite).
• Using a CMS (eg. Wordpress) to build campaign pages
