Job Title: Microsoft D365 BC Systems Manager
Salary: £54,103 per annum, Band H, Level 3
Location: Scout Store, Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8UG
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 35 - Hybrid working with two days a week in Lancing and as required.
About the role
We’re seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Microsoft D365 BC Systems Manager to take ownership of our core ERP and related systems. You’ll be central to keeping everything running smoothly across Scout Shops Ltd, from back-end systems to customer-facing platforms.
What you’ll be doing in this role as a Microsoft D365 BC Systems Manager
- Lead the delivery, development, and ongoing support of the Microsoft D365 Business Central ERP.
- Be the main point of contact for ERP and other system-related issues and improvements.
- Oversee supporting systems including warehousing, reporting, fulfilment, and web integrations.
- Identify new technology opportunities that improve service or performance, and manage implementation from proposal to delivery.
- Work directly with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure systems run efficiently and support business goals.
What you’ll bring in this role as a Microsoft D365 BC Systems Manager
- Experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central (BC) in a commercial or retail environment.
- A track record of managing and improving business systems, including web-based platforms and legacy tools.
- Demonstrated success delivering systems implementation and integration projects.
- Strong planning and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio), and ideally SharePoint.

Youth Development Outreach Worker
Oasis Community Hub Hadley and North Middlesex University Hospital
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Fixed Term to March 2026, (With View To Extend)
Salary: £31,312 per annum, (Inclusive of London Allowance)
Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.
Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Youth Development Outreach Worker to join the Oasis Youth Support project at North Middlesex University Hospital. This project offers support to young people who have attended the Emergency Department due to violence in order to promote positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Offering intensive 1:1 support to the young people referred to the project by hospital staff following an attendance at ED due to violence or aggression. Support for the young person can include liaising with parents/carers, safeguarding services and other agencies/networks with the purpose of increasing positive outcomes.
· Being a physical presence in the department, working with key staff within NMUH to ensure all young people who come into ED as a result of a violence or aggression are able to access support where required.
· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence reduction for young people and professionals.
You could be successful in this role if you:
· Have a relevant experience working with young people using a Youth Work approach and seen a positive impact from that work
· Are committed and passionate about working with young people who have experienced violence using a young person centred, trauma informed approach.
· Possess excellent oral/written communication and organisational skills.
· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.

The Services Manager (Housing) will primarily focus on managing New Horizon's busy Housing Advice service, delivered both from the day centre and remotely. You will work with the Head of Housing Services to ensure the service responds holistically to young people with multiple needs or barriers. You should have relevent professional experience within the housing and homelessness sector, be a passionate advocate for young people and have the ability to motivate a team to deliver high quality services in a fast-paced environment. You should be skilled in partnership management and able to collaborate effectively to identify and deliver new housing solutions for young people experiencing homelessness.

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Sessional Youth Worker to join the Oasis Youth & Community Team.
Our team offer a wide variety of Youth Work activities that promote the development of young people, including open access youth club sessions, holiday clubs, mentoring, sports activities as well as targeted support. Training will be given.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a team be responsible for supporting on activities for young people within a number of sites in which we operate, including Oasis Academy Enfield, Oasis Academy Hadley, Ponders End Youth Centre and Bell Lane Youth Centre as arranged.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young people accessing our projects.
- Leading on activities that support the holistic development of young people.
