The Senior Estates Manager has managerial, professional and technical responsibility for the operational estate team, bringing best practice and professional standards whilst ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are monitored and managed consistently and effectively across the estates function.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Family Rights Group is the leading child welfare charity, and is rolling out its highly successful Lifelong Links programme in London for care experienced young people. Partnership Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development
· Working alongside the Tees & Tyne Regional Manager to respond to the needs of the programme, ensuring that our young people have meaningful encounters with a range of employers from a diversity of industries and sectors.
· Day-to-day operational account management for employer supporters, ensuring they have excellent experiences.

Independent Age is the national charity focused on improving the lives of people facing financial hardship in later life. We believe no one should face financial hardship in later life. Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Media Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing Independent Age’s media communications programme, including media and PR, social media, celebrities and stories. They will lead the team to secure profile-raising coverage for our work in a range of print, online and broadcast media outlets including national news, consumer, sector-specific, and regional titles, oversee our organic social media and ensure our channels amplify our work and reach older people, decision makers and other influential stakeholders.
The Media Communications Manager will build excellent relationships with older people with lived experience of poverty, ensuring the voices of older people in financial hardship are at the centre of everything we do. They will also grow the organisations relationships with journalists, channel owners, celebrities, ambassadors, and other influencers to ensure that our media communications activity supports our organisational objective to tackle poverty in later life.
You should have broad experience of developing and implementing innovative, successful profile-raising plans (across digital and traditional channels). You will bring an ability to work both proactively and reactively, and experience of handling reputational or crisis issues. You should also have a passion for, and affinity with, the charity’s cause.

XLP is a vibrant youth work charity dedicated to shaping bright futures for young people. Leading the charge against poverty and educational failure in inner London, we offer holistic, long-term support to 11 to 25 year olds in both schools and communities.
Over the past eight years XLP has run a nationally recognised mentoring programme which runs in nine London boroughs. These mentoring projects target at risk young people between 11 – 18 who are on the verge of exclusion or excluded from school, at risk of involvement or already involved in crime, and isolated from their communities. We’re looking for a Mentoring Manager to join the team to recruit, train, monitor and supervise mentors sourced from the local community in North London. These mentors commit to providing 1-2 hours face to face per week for a minimum of 12 months with their allocated mentee.

Key responsibilities of our Area Manager:
- Lead, manage, your team to deliver outstanding care services. Setting and encouraging high standards of performance and demonstrating a commitment to good practice and continual improvement in all areas of the organisation’s operations.
- Fostering positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work with your team to ensure that all reporting is completed in a timely manner. Monitoring and improving service quality through regular audits and performance reviews.

- Proactively participate in policy development and service delivery improvements.

Skills/experience/personal qualities required for our Area Manager vacancy:
- Level 4 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or related subject.
- Qualification in Line Management or demonstrable experience.
- Able to demonstrate a robust understanding of housing management policy, process, and legislation.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements in social care.
- Demonstrable understanding of financial management.
- Experience of service monitoring and reportin, including the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
