Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity supporting those living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to all those affected by endometriosis, for example through our website, webinars and information leaflets, and via our local support groups, Helpline, webchat and online forum. As well as directly supporting those with endometriosis, we work to raise awareness of endometriosis amongst healthcare practitioners, the public and the media; lobby for improved treatment and management; and support research. We have a big job to do and ambitious plans.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new National Lottery Young Start funded project focused on improving menstrual health awareness among young people aged 13–25 in Scotland, with a particular focus on Glasgow and disadvantaged communities.
As Youth Engagement Coordinator, you will lead the design and delivery of a youth-led programme of community engagement, events and digital content. You will work directly with young people to co-produce resources, campaigns and activities that improve understanding of menstrual health conditions, including endometriosis.
You will establish and support a core youth management group, build strong partnerships across community, education and health settings, and ensure young people’s voices are embedded at every stage of delivery.
This role requires a proactive, organised and relationship-driven individual who is passionate about youth participation, health equity and community development.

In your first year
You will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of Young Citizens’ education programmes, ensuring schools, teachers and partners have a positive experience from registration through to programme completion. You will manage programme administration, communications, scheduling and logistics, and act as a main point of contact for participating schools and stakeholders.
You will also support monitoring and evaluation by collecting feedback and impact data, helping to demonstrate outcomes and inform programme improvements. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will contribute to refining systems and processes to strengthen the quality and reach of Young Citizens’ programmes.

Do you want to provide critical systems and logistical support for our growing and ambitious education charity? The Finance and Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing our day-to-day financial systems, overseeing the running of our database and website, and providing administrative support for the general running of the organisation, including project managing our community and fundraising events. ECHO’s Outreach Coordinator will provide support to families of children and young people aged 0-25 affected by CHD (Congenital Heart Disease) and patients.
This role will have around 20% of time to focus on finding out the needs of 18-25 patients, parents, and siblings, and developing support and information for them.
We are an independent charity who support families treated by the Evelina, London & Royal Brompton, and Harefield hospital networks, and the CHD network of 47 local hospitals, and are based close to the Evelina London Children’s Hosptial.
Can you… work in a hospital environment, on the phone, and online; plan visits or events such as a zoo trip or a party; support children, young people, and families through diagnosis, treatment, care, and, at times, the loss of a child; and provide needs-led emotional, social, and practical support to children with heart conditions, their siblings, parents, and carers?
Can you also research the needs of 18–25-year-olds, develop peer support and programmes for them, and deliver this on a small budget with patient and carer input throughout?
This role provides high-quality emotional, social, and practical support to children with heart conditions, their siblings, parents, and carers, from birth to 25 years. You will deliver 1-to-1 outreach in the hospital and the community, lead play and wellbeing activities, and maintain a visiting programme across children’s departments, including PICU, Cardiac, and NICU. 20% of your focus is supporting young people aged 18–25, identifying their needs, assessing numbers, and developing peer support programmes. The role also involves creating resources and accurate information for families, offering guidance for those facing bereavement or loss, promoting wellbeing across hospitals and networks, planning events, contributing to closed social media groups, maintaining records, and capturing impact through case studies and testimonials.

- Research the support needs of younger adults, from 18 – 25 years across the CHD community, including patients, siblings/young carers, and parents/carers.

- Be there from diagnosis throughout childhood – work with our Youth Worker & Families and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure our families are supported
- Create ways to utilise the ECHO database to understand our own membershipsProvide information and support to families of children with heart conditions and those with additional needs
- Review and upgrade information for families, build strong relationships with referrers by attending meetings, providing talks and outreach across the network hospitals, delivering paediatric Cardiology services via Evelina London and the Royal Brompton

- Represent families throughout the community and consider the varied needs of ECHO members and how they might be included in our service offering

Reset is a bold new incubation designed to dramatically change the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England today for the better.
Reset exists for children who are on, or at risk of being placed on Deprivation of Liberty orders due to the high risks they face from themselves or others, their complex and intersecting needs, and due to the lack of effective support available.
The children Reset will support are likely to be aged 12 to 18 and face complex challenges that often stem from the impact of traumatic childhood experiences, such as mental ill-health, self-harming, being sexually and/or criminally exploited and getting caught in harmful risk-taking behaviours including the use of harmful substances such as drugs and alcohol.

About the role
This role will coordinate, oversee and supervise the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play an important role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. Working with the Managing Director of Legal Practice, the Heads of Department and Coram’s central finance team, the key objective of the role is to help maximise the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs. It will also oversee private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing. In this role, the post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency.
The role would suit a legal aid billing professional with significant direct hands on experience of a range of types of civil legal aid billing (including controlled and certificated work) and an understanding of the challenges of legal aid. The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising the work of others but support and training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing into management, is a proactive problem solver, is highly organised and able to maintain oversight over different workstreams ensuring progress. In addition to legal aid experience, they will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. They will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of practice areas.
This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. The British Paediatric Neurology Association (BPNA) is seeking to appoint an International Education Manager to join our team in central London, with the post requiring some international travel.
The BPNA is the professional organisation for doctors in the UK who specialise in the care of children with neurological disorders. Building on our success to date, we are working jointly with the International League Against Epilepsy to facilitate the roll-out of an educational course for healthcare workers in countries around the world. Paediatric Epilepsy Training (PET) was developed by the BPNA and has been running in the UK since 2005, and internationally since 2012, with over 22,000 attendees around the world to date. PET has been successfully launched in 14 countries including Brazil, Ghana, Kenya, India, New Zealand and South Africa. Since 2012, there have been more than 9,000 attendees at courses outside the UK.
The purpose of PET is to raise standards of care for children with epilepsy. A UK faculty team delivers a 3-day launch programme in-country to faculty teams recruited locally, who commit to delivering a minimum of one course per year for 5-years. The purpose of a launch event is to train the local team to deliver courses without reliance on UK faculty members. Roll-out is achieved through a healthcare partnership with the national paediatric or epilepsy organisation.
The purpose of the International Education Manager is to project-manage ‘launches’ and provide additional support to further develop International Education at the BPNA. You will work closely with colleagues and volunteers both in the UK and internationally to plan, problem-solve and to monitor progress against objectives. You will be expected to develop strong project plans and budgets and to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role will involve travel to launch sites in order to run the launches and train local administrators. You will support the ongoing development of the international PET Programme, including managing the travel of 18 international Country Leads to the UK in March 2027. You will also provide continual excellent stewardship to international faculty both established and new. JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the International Education Manager is to successfully deliver international PET launches and rollouts and support the on-going delivery and development of the international PET programme. This role will:
· Project manage upcoming PET launches for the Caribbean and El Salvador/ Honduras.
· Travel to launch sites to manage launch events and to train local administrators to run PET courses.
· Manage project budgets and collate data for project reporting.
· Support the Director of Education to deliver the launch application process, monitoring incoming applications and queries.
· Support the overall delivery and development of the international PET programme.
· Maintain the quality and standards of PET, supporting others to do the same.
CORE DUTIES
1. Project manage PET launches ensuring that all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Keep up to date with FCDO, news and local advice, produce travel risk assessments, and advise Director of Education and Executive Director on highlighted risks.
3. Work with Country Leads to set budgets for launches, manage expenditure and reconcile finances post-launch.
4. Work alongside the Director of Education, Education Content Co-Ordinator and International Programmes Assistant to support the delivery of the PET123 Update. Manage the travel of international attendees.
5. Develop relationships and Memoranda of Understanding with launch partners.
6. Carry out due diligence on new partners.
7. Working alongside colleagues across the Education department, ensure all course resources are consistent and maintain the quality standards for PET. Furthermore, support international partners to ensure easy access to the resources they need to run courses, including facilitating the translation of materials.
8. Contribute to quarterly Trustees’ reports on international short course activity and to the BPNA’s annual report.
9. Assist the Director of Education with launch information and data for fundraising proposals and reports as required.
10. Support BPNA’s annual conference as required.
11. Assist with other tasks as requested by the Director of Education, Executive Director or Trustees.
LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
Supervision of others
No direct supervision of others but will matrix-manage the International Programme Assistant on any tasks that require their support.
Supervision and support from your line manager and trustees
Your line manager will be the Director of Education. Your priorities and targets are set according to the BPNA Operational Plan and the International Education Strategy and monitored by your line manager.
COMMUNICATION
You will be in contact with both internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels, including some for whom English will not be their first language. You should be able to adapt your communication style to the audience, ensuring the clear and comprehensive communication of logistical details.
FINANCIAL AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
· Ordering responsibility within defined BPNA procedures.
· Setting budgets for PET launches and ensuring expenditure is in line.
· Provide Expense reports to funders as required.
