Through our One World in Schools (OWIS) programme, we use powerful short films and discussion-based teaching resources to help young people question harmful narratives, build empathy, and take civic action.
Operating across Europe, OWIS is now expanding into the UK, building on its strong international reputation in human rights education.
PIN seeks a dynamic, mission-driven consultant to lead the implementation of the OWIS UK Growth Strategy — a four-month, grassroots plan to grow visibility, school engagement, and strategic partnerships across the UK.
The consultant will translate the strategy into action, working closely with the PIN UK team to test, learn, and build the foundations for long-term programme growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships with Schools and Teachers
• Gather qualitative insights from teachers about challenges and needs in addressing OWIS topics to ensure the OWIS content and approach (the OWIS “product”) is relevant and appropriate.
• Recruit and support 5-8 pilot schools to trial OWIS content and provide feedback.
• Engage teachers as champions and contributors to testimonials or case studies.
Build Product and Partnerships
• Establish strategic relationships with NGOs, academic partners and local authorities.
• Coordinate development of a simple UK-facing digital platform or landing page for content access.
• Curate and develop content, collaborating with aligned organisations to explore joint licensing or resource-sharing.
Build awareness and a model for cost-recovery
• Produce content for 2-3 online posts a month aligned with OWIS messaging.
• Work with PIN UK to pilot the 'Friends of One World' public donation initiative.
• Map and engage potential high-net-worth individuals and potential patrons.
• Demonstrate clear linkage between funding and measurable classroom impact.
• Provide recommendations for sustaining and scaling the UK programme post-consultancy.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
• Maintain a simple monitoring framework tracking outreach, engagement, and partnerships.
• Produce monthly progress updates and a final 4-month summary report outlining results, challenges, and next steps.
Expected Deliverables
• Minimum of 5 pilot schools actively engaged.
• 3–5 new strategic partnerships established or formalised.
• UK-facing landing page or MVP platform launched with curated content.
• Content for visibility building (thought-leadership pieces, testimonials)
• Impact summary (qualitative and quantitative) at the end of 4 months.
Requirements
• Experience working in or alongside the UK education system, ideally with teachers, schools, or education-focused NGOs.
• Proven experience in programme or outreach implementation — ideally in education, youth engagement, or communications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.

Legasee is a charity committed to ensuring that future generations can learn about our history through the personal recollections of the men and women who witnessed it first-hand. We provide students, teachers and researchers with unique access to a high-definition video archive of interviews with veterans and civilians connected to British military conflict from 1939 to the present day.
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major new oral history project focusing on the Aden Emergency, made possible thanks to a grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. At its heart, the project will record the oral histories of 30–40 veterans and civilians whose lives were shaped by service in, or connection to, Aden during the final years of British rule.
The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for project planning, delivery, reporting and budget controland will work closely with project partners and funders to ensure that agreed outcomes are met. The role will provide leadership and direction to the project team and its volunteer network, ensuring that activity is well coordinated, realistic and delivered to a high standard.
The recorded testimonies will form a permanent digital archive and support public engagement, interpretation,and learning, ensuring that the experiences of those who served are not forgotten. A key part of the role will be the recruitment, coordination and ongoing support of a part-time Project Coordinator.The Project Coordinator will lead volunteer engagement, research support, transcription, and day-to-day project activities.
Education is central to the project. The Project Manager will oversee the development of educational activity delivered in partnership with schools and community groups, ensuring that young people are supported to explore the history and legacy of the Aden Emergency through original research, oral history and the thoughtful use of digital technologies. This work will result in the creation of new teaching resources, deeper community engagement and strengthened links with educational and cultural institutions nationwide.
The role is home-based, with flexible working hours agreed to ensure effective delivery of the project and coordination with partners.
If successful, your role will be:
- To work with the charity, its partners and the Project Steering Group to complete the project, in line with the requirements of the National Lottery Heritage Fund and within a rigorous evaluation framework.
- To work with the lead oral historian to create a video archive of the personal experiences and observations of up to 40 veterans of the Aden Emergency and ensure that all participants are supported throughout the entire process.
- To work with volunteers and project partners to develop and launch a new interpretation.
- To work with a local school to deliver creative ways of learning about oral history.
- To be responsible for the overall recruitment, training and participation of all volunteers in the Project,ensuring that they benefit from their involvement by gaining new life skills and a greater understanding of the role of veterans of the Aden Emergency.

Your job responsibilities will include:
Apprentice Lifecycle Management
- Onboarding & Induction: Co-ordinate the smooth induction of all new apprentices, ensuring they receive necessary documentation, program details, and are integrated into their respective teams.
- Administration: Maintain and quality assure all apprentice records, training agreements, and learning plans, in accordance with the apprenticeship funding rules.
- Compliance: Monitor and track apprentice progress against milestones, funding requirements, and End-Point Assessment (EPA) readiness, ensuring all programs comply with DfE, Ofsted, and Awarding Body regulations.
- Off-the-Job Training: Monitor and track the accurate recording of Off-the-Job training hours for all apprentices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Apprentice Support: Act as the first point of contact for apprentices, offering guidance, support, and signposting to relevant resources regarding their well-being, training, and workplace issues.
- Liaison: Build and maintain effective working relationships with Employers, internal line managers, and mentors to ensure consistent program delivery and feedback.
- Meetings: Ensure that all progress review meetings are being held and attended to, ensuring that outcomes are documented and follow up on agreed actions.

Summary of the Role
Inclusion Gloucestershire is commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council to carry out Quality Checks of residential homes, supported living settings, day services and domiciliary care providers across the county. The purpose of these checks is to ensure that disabled people who live in these settings are safe, healthy and happy, and that the care that they receive is appropriate to their needs.
Our Quality Checks are peer-led. Every Quality Check involves a team of two people, a Quality Checker (Expert by Experience) who has lived experience of disability, autism and/or mental ill health working alongside a Quality Checking Coordinator. The Coordinator’s role is to facilitate the quality check on the day, record all of the information gathered and produce a report which identifies good practice and areas for improvement. The Expert by Experience will lead on asking questions during a Quality Check and contribute to the report by telling the Quality Checking Coordinator what they thought about the setting.
Inclusion Gloucestershire provides a comprehensive framework of questions asked by the Expert by Experience on the visit and used to write the report with. The framework focuses on questions for the people who are supported in the setting and also includes questions for the staff and manager.
Job Purpose: To organise and facilitate Quality Checks, working alongside and supporting Quality Checkers to complete Quality Checks in a range of care and support settings.
Reports to: Quality Checking Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Carry out a minimum agreed number of Quality Checks per month alongside an Expert by Experience. Quality Checks include questions for people who are supported, the staff who support them and the manager of the setting. They also include observations and checks of some paperwork and processes.
· Liaise with our administrator to ensure quality checks are risk-assessed and sufficient preparation carried out.
· Support the Quality Checker to prepare for the visit.
· Capture information about the setting and liaise with individuals and providers to ensure visits are accessible and inclusive.
· Support the Quality Checker to interview and interact with participants in the process.
· Make observations during the Quality Check and look at identified documentation.
· Record all information gathered during the Quality Check using the appropriate frameworks and tools.
· Review your findings with the Quality Checker, assess what is good practice and where improvements need to be made.
· Write an accurate and comprehensive report and action plan for each setting visited.
· Complete follow up visits, where necessary, to ensure actions are completed by Providers.
· Share reports and action plans with the Council and the Providers.
· Be aware and act on the need to report safeguarding concerns.
· Advocate for Inclusion Gloucestershire and its projects at meetings and events and within your own appropriate networks.

Line management of Quality Checkers:

About the opportunity
Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider Philanthropy Department, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will identify and cultivate fruitful partnerships with a range of small, medium and large businesses.
They will help maximise the potential of corporate and other organisations for funding, volunteer recruitment, and other philanthropic opportunities, to enable growth and sustainability for Action Tutoring. About the Role:

About the role
We are currently looking for an impassioned and self-driven individual to join our activities team to deliver exceptional service to our students, through engaging with the 350+ student groups, which deliver an incredible range of world-class opportunities to their members.
You will coordinate the creation of new student groups and manage funding opportunities as well as lead on the onboarding for new committee members and oversee administration for the minibus fleet. You will review, advise on, and approve society event/trip budgets and finance, in collaboration with the Activities (Events) Team. Purpose of the job
This role creates a positive impact for young people by providing practical and operational support for the delivery of Year 3 of the Summer Jobs programme. The programme aims to improve the young person’s wellbeing and mental health while supporting them with employability skills and self-confidence. The young person is supported by a dedicated youth worker as part of their placement.
Planning is now underway for the 2026 programme, which aims to support a further 860 young people through placements across England and Wales. The initiative draws inspiration from successful programmes in the US and builds on the achievements of the first two years years. The Summer Jobs Programme has engaged over 800 young participants since its inception in 2024

Receiving training in Leadership throughout, and have the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship in Leadership and Management after 18 months on the programme (in place of rotations).
The FCLP is designed either for high-calibre graduates from any university, academic subject and background - or for those with experience in the corporate world who are looking for a career change and experience in the charity sector.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Mentoring Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that upReach’s mentoring programmes (Professional Mentoring/Ask an Expert) operate smoothly and effectively, and will report to the Volunteering Programme Manager. You will work alongside the Programmes and Partnerships teams to ensure that matches are successful, and that both mentors and mentees have a positive experience of mentoring at upReach.
1) Supporting the smooth running of mentoring programmes:

Deliver day to day operational tasks, including making mentor and mentee matches and responding to professional/student queries received via the Mentoring inbox and the mentoring platform;

Act as the primary point of contact for mentors/professional volunteers and students using the upReach mentoring platforms, and take action to resolve any issues raised;

Proactively monitor the success of all mentoring relationships/interactions using mentoring platform data, identifying any concerns and taking action to resolve them;
-
Develop and deliver training sessions and resources with the support of the Volunteering Programme Manager to ensure that mentors, professionals and mentees have a high-quality experience.
2) Supporting Partnerships and Programmes teams:

Work with the Programmes team to encourage Associates to register for and participate in the mentoring programmes;
-
Work in collaboration with the Programmes and Partnerships teams to help ensure that all mentoring outputs are delivered effectively and on time, and support them with reporting back to partners;
-
Act as the point of contact for employer partners whose primary activity is mentoring, and provide updates on impact measurement for these partners.
3) Rotations in different areas of charity management

As part of the FCLP programme, work on rotational projects designed to give you a greater exposure and understanding of the different areas of charity management;

You will have a six month rotation in each of the following areas during your first 18 months on the programme: (1) Fundraising, Partnerships and Comms, (2) Operations and Strategy (3) Project and Product Management;

Each week you will work on projects related to your current rotation (7.5 hours per week). These projects will be agreed with your Rotation Manager, in line with the learning objectives for each rotation.
4) Leadership training and development

Participate in training every six weeks on different soft skills within Leadership through an external training provider during your initial 18 months on the programme. This training will take place through a mixture of online and face to face sessions. Training sessions will include:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate for Mentoring Coordinator should display these skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload, manage competing demands and deliver to tight deadlines;

Good problem-solving skills;
-
Self-motivation and an ability to work in a small team as well as independently;
-
Ability to engage and communicate confidently with stakeholders, such as beneficiaries, upReach partners and all levels of employees across the organisation.
To be successful, it is anticipated that you would have experience in:
