The Diocese of Rochester is committed to equipping its churches and leaders for growth and transformation. As part of this, we are seeking a Missionally Healthy Places (MHP) Project Manager to join our Programme Team based at the Diocesan Office in Rochester.
The MHP Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of 15 strategically funded parish projects supported by the National Church. Working with the Head of Programmes, Diocesan colleagues, and parish representatives, the Project Manager will oversee planning, budgeting, governance, and reporting processes across the MHP project. This role will be vital in supporting parish leaders and PCCs to lead and deliver their local MHP initiatives effectively.
The successful applicant will be an experienced and highly organised project manager, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to manage risk, track project outcomes, and support change across a variety of contexts. A background in monitoring and evaluation is important, and a desire to serve the mission of the Church will be key to thriving in this role. Experience of working with Church of England structures is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with the 15 MHPs, acting as a governance and communications link with the Diocesan MHP Project Board
- Oversee and report on progress, risks, outcomes, and finances across all MHP projects
- Track progress against milestones and budgets, escalating risks and managing changes as needed
- Support the sharing of learning and success stories in collaboration with the Communications Officer and Mission and Ministry Development team
- Manage the MHP budget, including drawing down and allocating funds and reporting to stakeholders
- Act as secretary to the MHP Project Board and report to senior diocesan bodies including the Bishops Leadership Team and Diocesan Synod

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the procurement function within Harris Federation. This role is essential in ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with public sector procurement regulations and institutional policies.
You will play a key role in supporting the Procurement Team by ensuring timely delivery of resources and services, providing administrative support to the Team and having responsibility for procurement processes and policies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Procurement processes and files
- To maintain and have responsibility for the Procurement Team’s eFiling system/SharePoint folders.
- Responsibility for overseeing the registration of new suppliers onto the Procurement Team’s e-tendering portal.
- To issue, collate and consolidate information requests from stakeholders at various levels.
- Requisition and reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- To manage low level categories where appropriate.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports and spend analysis for the Procurement Team and Senior Leadership.
Administration and diary management
- To provide administrative support to the Procurement Team; team calendar management, scanning, shredding, downloading and filing documents.
- To arrange and co-ordinate supplier presentations; organizing meetings rooms, receiving guests, taking meeting notes etc.
- To deal with day-to-day enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist academies with their requests relating to the scheme of delegation, approval thresholds, purchase requests, conducting benchmarking exercises and in some instances obtaining competitive quotes via our frameworks or recommended suppliers to ensure best value.
- Maintain a procurement calendar to manage contract renewals, tender deadlines, and key procurement events.
- Coordinate supplier meetings and performance review meetings with suppliers.
- Maintain and have responsibility for procurement mailboxes.
- To maintain Procurement’s intranet pages.

Role Purpose

As Mass Participation Events Officer (Challenge Events Officer), you will play a key role in engaging supporters to take part in exciting fundraising Challenge Events, from the London Marathon to cycle events and adrenaline fuelled challenges like a sky-dive or abseil, raising vital funds for disabled children and young people. The Role
The Community Centre Manager will play a key role in the leadership and smooth running of The Edward Woods centre, managing change, growth and performance as agreed with the CEO. Management of the Community Centre

The role will provide high quality and supportive line management of staff, and will oversee the recruitment life cycle of volunteers to the Mindful Mums project, including interviews, onboarding, training and supervision.
You will be highly organised with experience of staff and data management in a target-driven environment. The Team Administrator for the British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM), is a varied and vital role in which you will provide administrative support for the Association’s activities, such as supporting the working and steering groups, minute taking, managing the application process, adding events to our website and sending email newsletters.
