Key responsibilities:
- Develop the service provided to budget holders, promoting good financial management, accountability, efficiency and value for money.

This post plays a crucial role as part of the WW Development team, who are responsible for developing high-quality products, and supporting the delivery of paid for services to our clients and ensuring we meet their needs.
Our clients are employers and their employees, operating across all sectors and industries Our current portfolio of paid-for services include eLearning courses, employer and staff surveys (Index and Snapshot - benchmarking and reporting on best practice in policy and practice), and policy reviews. WW has a Client Services team responsible for sales and account management, but both teams collaborate closely to ensure high quality services and products are delivered to all clients throughout the year.
Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Be responsible for the ongoing delivery of our Workplace Wellbeing Index and Snapshot. Building surveys, generating links and producing reports for delivery to clients
-Lead infrastructure management of the Index and Snapshot (LMS) and Qualtrics survey platform and digital and physical reporting interface
-Within Qualtrics, script and test surveys for the WW Index and Snapshot. Liaising with Qualtrics support teams (service providers) as appropriate
-Deliver WW Index and Snapshot quality assurance activities.
-Oversee the management of the Snapshot LMS as a Super user, creating and managing client accounts, uploading client surveys and client reports
-Provide frontline support to clients and our team members in accessing, managing and implementing the Index and Snapshot
-Liaising with Mind's legal and compliance colleagues to ensure processes are documented and adhered to and ensure Workplace Wellbeing's data handling is fully compliant to UK data legislation and Mind's policies and guidelines
-Supporting integration activities relating to touch points connecting our Index, Snapshot and eLearning (also on LMS) to the Workplace Wellbeing's online sales platform, Marketplace
-Design, collate and deliver internal training / guidance collateral to provide up-skilling and refresher briefings to ensure high levels of product knowledge across WW.

Responsibilities of the role
Finance – approx. 40%
Day-to-day financial management of the charity and its Trading subsidiary including, but not limited to:

Process all day-to-day transactions on the finance system, Xero, including income received from fundraising platforms, ensuring a full audit trail of data processing.

Complete daily bank reconciliations for all entities, including recording and banking cheques and processing petty cash.
-
Raise sales invoices as requested, following procedures to set up in customer systems, and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.

Process purchase invoices and expense claims, ensuring appropriate authorisation, in line with delegated authorisations.
-
Set up weekly payment runs for approval by the Head of Finance.

Monitor all financial processes, ensuring finance policies are complied with and deadlines are met, including electronic and physical filing of finance and legal documents.

Complete month end tasks, enabling to the Head of Finance to close the month, including selected balance sheet reconciliations.

Keep Gift Aid records up-to-date and assist the Head of Finance with the preparation of Gift Aid claims.

Assist with the year-end audit, ensuring all relevant paperwork is tidily filed.

Collaborating with the fundraising team, exploring fundraising and donation collection mechanics, identify new developments in the sector and helping to embed any system changes.

Train and support the charity team on the charity’s finance processes.

Provide cover for the Governance & Team Co-ordinator in periods of absence.

Support the Grants Team to process charity applications for funding, including communicating with interested parties, summarising applications, compiling relevant information, conducting research as required and helping to organise related meetings and Grants Panels.

Preparing and processing funding agreements, reporting forms and other associated paperwork for grants.

Working with charities to collect and develop storytelling information such as quotes, pictures and case studies, and support sourcing participants and contributors for radio interviews and other editorial pieces as needed.

Lambeth Step Forward Recovery Cluster is an accommodation based service, set across Lambeth including hub sites situated in Brixton and West Norwood. The service provides care and support to over 60 customers living with enduring long term mental health. We also provide a service for two short-term post hospital discharge schemes for customers, who need support following hospital admission.
The role of our Support Worker play's a crucial role in fulfilling our customers expectations, making a positive difference and where appropriate supporting customers to step down to a lower level of support. Our Support Worker's are guided and mentored by 2 team leaders alongside a Contract Manager and as part of the team you will be developing and sustaining a good quality service to all our customers. An essential part of this role involves developing good partnership working with a range of professional's and maintaining excellent record keeping in line with our compliance management. More importantly, you will be required to oversee support planning, updating Risk Management Plans, and Keyworking. EIA is seeking a Climate Campaigner: F-Gases and Sustainable Cooling to join our Climate Team focused on campaigning at UK, European and international levels for a rapid reduction in emissions of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases) and the transition to sustainable cooling.
Role purpose:
This key role will focus on eliminating ozone depleting substances and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) in the cooling sector, improving energy efficiency of replacement technologies, and holding companies and industry to account for their climate and environmental impacts. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of key aspects of the campaign this role will ensure that the campaign strategy is implemented effectively.
About you:
You will need experience in advocacy and campaigning on European (including UK) and/or global environmental policy along with a broad understanding of climate change and UK, EU and global climate policy. You will need experience of conducting detailed research projects, as well as engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders and strong communication skills will be key.
