Job Purpose
Coordinate delivery of the BELIEVE programme, managing interns and supporting school-based climate action projects. Ensure effective communication across partners, assist with monitoring and evaluation, and maintain strong operational systems. About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator, to support the delivery of Believe in Climate Action (BELIEVE), an ambitious national initiative at the intersection of climate action, youth leadership and community engagement.
This is a unique opportunity to join a complex, high-impact programme that connects schools, communities, young people, researchers and policymakers, shaping a more inclusive and effective model of climate action across England. You would be joining a team that has been running impactful projects for 19 years, which centres the voices, needs and potential of young people to bring about change.
The BELIEVE project
Believe in Climate Action (BELIEVE) is an ambitious and innovative national programme led by the Faith & Belief Forum in partnership with the Cambridge Interfaith Programme. Together, we are building a bold new model for climate action, one that connects grassroots communities, young leaders, researchers and policymakers through collaboration, co-learning and shared purpose.
At its core, BELIEVE recognises that climate change is not only a scientific or political challenge, but a deeply human one. By bringing faith and belief perspectives into climate conversations, the programme challenges narratives of fatalism and opens up new, values-led pathways for action, rooted in care, responsibility and collective agency.

Key responsibilities
· Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the BELIEVE programme across multiple regions
· Line manage and support youth interns, including onboarding, supervision and ongoing development
· Coordinate school-based climate action projects, ensuring strong communication between schools, interns and partner organisations
· Maintain effective systems for planning, tracking and reporting programme activity

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for co-ordinating and developing Enable’s Mental Health programmes, including but not limited to Active Wellbeing; both group and personalised one-to-one exercise support for people with a diagnosis of severe mental illness.
The Health and Wellbeing Team are a passionate group of health professionals who empower people to make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing and improve their quality of life. We put the person at the centre of everything we do, building innovative initiatives that tackle barriers to improving health. We are experts at reducing health inequalities, real or perceived, and creating lasting changes.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating aspects of Enable’s Mental Health programme
s. This includes planning, delivery, identifying areas for development, promotion, and reporting. - Deliver one to one client and community assessments with adults with SMI.
- Actively participate in staff meetings to share best practice and develop thinking, knowledge and learning.
- Identify and build partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery and growth of the programmes.
- Working with Enable Marketing and Communications department to develop and deliver the marketing and communication plan. This will include press releases, social media activity, creating promotional literature.
- Attend and coordinate community events to network, present and promote Mental Health and other local wellbeing opportunities.
- Monitor and document income and expenditure, working within the programme budget. Complete financial administration tasks such as creating purchase orders and invoices, according to Enable policy and procedure.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of your work. Provide written reports, summaries and presentations as required. Collect feedback and case studies to evaluate the impact of the programmes.
- Assists in managing resources provided to support the departments work including staff, volunteers, materials, and equipment ensuring these are used and maintained effectively.

On behalf of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition, Transparency International UK is looking for a Senior Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the UK’s leading civil society coalitions working to strengthen the UK’s response to corruption and illicit finance. With major opportunities ahead, including the Illicit Finance Summit and the UK’s upcoming G20 presidency, the coalition is well placed to influence the next phase of the UK’s anti-corruption agenda.
In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver the work of the coalition and its working groups, supporting collaboration across member organisations and helping drive progress on coalition priorities. You will engage regularly with coalition members, organise meetings and convenings, and contribute to the development of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and joint letters to policymakers.
You will also play a key role in the coalition’s communications, leading the coordination of messaging across member organisations and helping ensure the coalition’s voice is clear and impactful. The role
We are seeking a dynamic Office Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of the Northern Ireland Office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role involves managing inboxes and correspondence, coordinating travel and meeting schedules, organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing agendas, papers, and minutes.
Responsibilities also include maintaining databases and office systems, overseeing IT and office resources and liaising with suppliers and landlords. The postholder supports financial administration through managing invoices, expenses, budgets and financial records, and plays a key role in planning and delivering events such as conferences and seminars. In addition, the role provides full secretariat support to the Allied Health Professions Federation Northern Ireland (AHPFNI), including governance administration, meeting coordination, documentation management and budget oversight.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience with knowledge of financial and budget management, alongside experience in event or project management from planning through to delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of ICT proficiency across Microsoft Office and related systems, with the ability to draft documents, presentations and produce clear and accurate minutes. The role requires excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills, with proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Role Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to those who contact UK for UNHCR directly by email, phone or mail and escalate queries where necessary.
- Deliver a first-class supporter experience and ensure each point-of-contact works to build and develop the engagement journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records within the charity database, assist with data administration, and ensure data is handled in accordance with regulations.
- Champion supporter care best practice by resolving supporter pain points, sharing supporter insights and feedback with colleagues, and supporting fundraising teams in evaluating campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve the supporter journey.
- Assist with fulfilment agency briefs and quality control measures.

We are looking for someone with great communication and project development skills to join us as a LiveLife Project Coordinator. Joining a busy and highly effective team, this role will help deliver two major programmes of work for Lingen Davies. With a primary focus on cancer awareness raising to address health inequalities (early diagnosis, cancer screening and prevention), we use a range of activities and settings to effectively engage with the public and target communities. Our holiday and weekend activities give parents and carers a break while providing participants a safe, welcoming space to have fun and receive the care they need. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.

Family days bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. The coordinator develops and facilitates activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.
Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
The roles are 30 hours per week, working Wednesday to Saturday. In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed.
It’s essential that applicants have their own car and are willing to drive a minibus (full training provided).

We are looking for a Coordinator to help our small Quaker peace organisation to continue to thrive when our current Coordinator retires at the end of 2026.
You will work with NFPB trustees and members to support Quakers in the North of Britain in their peace work, which covers a wide range of issues. As the only employee, you will need to be self-motivated, flexible and able to work with volunteers and other organisations.
