Youth Futures Foundation is the national What Works Centre for youth employment, with a specific focus on marginalised young people.   

We find and generate high-quality evidence to better understand England’s’ youth unemployment and inactivity challenge, and most importantly to learn what solutions work to address this. We do this through bringing together the best evidence already in existence and build on this by conducting original research and testing and evaluating promising interventions to produce much needed new evidence where there are gaps.

As our Internal Communications and Events Lead, you will play a key role in engaging, informing, and inspiring our team with what’s happening at Unifrog. You’ll also help us to work even better together, and to retain a happy and effective team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate our whole team commss

  • Deliver our internal comms strategy, work towards our People team goal and objectives, and use our House Style.

  • Create our monthly internal Unifrog newsletter, writing your own segments, editing other people’s contributions, and evaluating engagement.

  • Collate data from team surveys and work with the People and Leadership teams to put ideas from the team into action.

• Improve the way that we communicate and work together:

  • Share best practice and deliver training on our comms tools (e.g. Slack, Gmail, Asana).

  • Research, trial and introduce new comms tools or upgrades where appropriate, training the team on how to use them.

  • Join our AI working group, whose goal is to support the team to use AI more effectively (e.g. leading training, sharing use-cases from across Unifrog).

  • Support teams with communication challenges (e.g. streamlining comms traffic).

  • Support team members to easily find the best contact for different questions and tasks.

• Manage our existing comms tools:

  • Audit our usage and budget to make sure we’re maximising value.

  • Manage individual and team subscriptions to our comms tools.

  • Help to troubleshoot team questions and issues.

• Keep our ‘Unifrog Essentials’ and ‘Who to Contact’ documents up-to-date, and support team leads to keep our Dropbox folders organised.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan our whole company team days:

  • Work closely with our CEO and the Leadership team to decide on the team day agenda, budget and format.

  • Find and book venues, hotels, social activities, and meals, and make sure everything’s set up and runs smoothly on the day.

• Support senior managers to plan their away days:

  • Advise on agendas and book venues, socials, and training.

  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration (one of each team’s away days is partly combined with another team).

• Evaluate our team events and continually look to improve their quality, impact, and inclusivity.

• Plan remote socials and office socials for our London HQ.

• Support our Unifrog affinity groups - spaces where team members who share common identities (e.g. being parents), can connect, support each other and champion inclusivity.

• Keep our EDI calendar up-to-date, and mark and celebrate occasions important to people across the team, including cultural heritage months, awareness days, and commemorative events.

Working together

You’ll be part of our People team alongside our: People Assistant, People Coordinator Recruitment Lead, People Lead, Head of People Operations, and People and Operations Director (your line manager).

You’ll also regularly work with a variety of other team members (especially line managers) when organising events.

Ruils is run by, and for, disabled people. We exist to remove the barriers that prevent disabled people from living independent lives. Our vision is a society where all individuals have choice and control to live independently. We provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to our clients and their families.

We work with the Richmond General Practice Alliance (RGPA) and our local Primary Care Networks to deliver personalised care services: Social Prescribing and Proactive Anticipatory Care (PAC). This allows GPs and other health care professionals to refer patients to a Link Worker or Care Coordinator, who can work with the individual and connect them with services and activities in their community. We have a team of 15 Link Workers and Care Coordinators spread throughout the borough and in this role you will lead and manage the team.

The NHS Plan also highlighted the need to focus on the prevention of long-term conditions and reduce health inequalities faced by sections of society. We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the promotion and growth of our Homes and services.

In this strategic, hands-on role, you will lead marketing campaigns, manage the customer journey from awareness to enquiry, and ensure every touchpoint delivers a high-quality experience. You’ll also use your creativity to produce marketing materials and manage community engagement initiatives, such as open days, to showcase our services and strengthen local relationships.

Using insight and analysis, you’ll provide recommendations to support the growth of our care services and help keep our Homes thriving.

PROGRAMMES COORDINATOR, YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Job Purpose: To work with the Youth & Universities team to deliver F&BF’s programmes and projects

Salary: £29,802 – £32,565, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

All activities will be undertaken in collaboration with the Youth Voice & Universities team.

Delivery

· To support delivery of the UN award-winning ParliaMentors programme (1.5 days per week):

o Being responsible for 2 teams of university students.

o Supporting 12 London-based students by: having 1:1 coaching calls with each of them to offer guidance and support; conducting sessions to support the teams with their social action projects and identifying area for development; conducting sessions to work through any team dynamic issues that arise.

o Supporting with facilitation of workshops related to social action, politics, leadership and interfaith.

o Administrative and logistical support (e.g., room bookings, processing reimbursements, coordinating student travels).

· To support delivery of City Bridge Trust (CBT) work (3.5 days per week):

o Responsible for overseeing the deliverables for this funder, ensuring all deadlines are met.

o Responsible for delivering four interfaith trainings for Local Authorities within London.

o Planning and delivering the annual Youth Interfaith Summit, the UK’s largest interfaith event for the climate.

o Coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, a group of young interfaith activists who will codesign the Summit.

o Responsible for coordinating the remainder of the Youth Forum for Faith and Ecology in partnership with LSE.

o Identifying and facilitating partnerships between alumni network and other relevant organizations.

Prostate Cancer UK offers a range of services to support men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones. These include a multi-channel helpline, printed and online health information, 1:1 peer support and an online community.

We’re looking for a Support Services Innovation Manager to join us in an exciting new role, focused on growing the services’ reach, personalisation and variety, and helping them respond to key challenges. These include rising prostate cancer rates, more complex care pathways and treatments, shifting expectations around healthcare, and rapid changes in online behaviour due to evolving consumer-facing AI technology.

Job Summary

As a key role within the Fundraising Division, the Legacy Marketing Manager will work to achieve the essential long-term legacy income that helps Anthony Nolan to save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders.

You will do this by shaping and implementing our legacy marketing plans to achieve our long-term income goals. You will develop an audience-centric and insight-driven legacy marketing programme to attract and steward potential legators. You will be responsible for leading the team of Family support officers and volunteers with the varied activities that the Charity provides, particularly regarding our supporting education program and supporting families with guidance on all aspects of their child’s wellbeing.

Main Duties and responsibilities

• To manage all operational activity of the charity according to the strategic direction provided by the CEO and Board of Trustees
• To be responsible for all aspects of staff management and supervision

Purpose

The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.

Responsibilities
Interagency work

• Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
• Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
• Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
• Working closely with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
• Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
• Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contributing to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.
• Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.

Case management

• Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.
• Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
• Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and workload reviews for the whole service.
• Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager.
• Attend clinical supervision.
• Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.

Recording and administration

• Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete; and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
• To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.
• Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.
• Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.

Direct work with service users

• Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project.
• Use combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of therapeutic skills to engage service users to address their abusive behaviour.
• Motivate and support service users to address the broad range of needs that may contribute to the risk that they pose to others or act as barrier for them in addressing that risk. e.g. housing, substance use etc.
• To ensure that service users understand that the community and Drive project will ensure that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others.
• Ensure that there is a consistent delivery of services to the identified perpetrators of domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs.
• Develop strategies that will disrupt the continued risk posed by service users
• Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individual service user’s intervention plan.
• Ensure that risk assessment and risk management procedures are followed at all times.

The Events Officer will be responsbile for delivering a wide range of events to our members such as training courses and the annual conference, and must be a highly organised and enthusiastic individual working in collaboration and partnership with one other part time Events Officer. You will require an eye for detail, have excellent liaison skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Our courses and the AGM are delivered online, with our annual conferences delivered in-person or hybrid. The annual conference is an important event for BAAT and an exciting, key responsibility for this role.

As our Grants and Impact Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and growing Caring in Bristol’s income from Trusts, Foundations and statutory grants, by acquiring and managing high-value funder relationships. Alongside this, you will take the lead in developing and embedding a clear, organisation-wide Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) programme. This new focus will enable us to set measurable goals, track progress, and capture the real-world impact of our work - ensuring we can tell a compelling, evidence-based story to funders, partners, and the wider community. 

You will identify and lead the creation of high-quality trust and foundation applications and proposals, working closely with the Head of Trusts and Foundations, and take responsibility for a portfolio of funders, building strong, long-term relationships, improving funder satisfaction and securing continued or increased investment in our mission. 

Beyond managing relationships, you will help transform the way we demonstrate impact. By collaborating with service delivery staff to develop our impact monitoring practices you will ensure we can report back to funders with clarity, consistency, and confidence - showing exactly how their support translates into tangible outcomes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Bristol. 

You will also be instrumental in delivering a best-practice funder engagement programme, finding innovative ways to create value for funders through tailored reports, webinars, site visits, and other forms of involvement. Acting as an ambassador for Caring in Bristol, you will represent us to funders and stakeholders with credibility and passion, using your insight to strengthen our reputation and influence. 

Finally, you will act as a voice of the funder within the charity, ensuring their perspective shapes our project design, monitoring, and communications.
