We now have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Cloud Administrator to provide 3rd level project and helpdesk support, acting as an escalation point for the support team. This opportunity is integral to providing consistent IT support across all three of our centres.
In this role you will ensure our internal physical and virtual server and network is maintained for 7 day a week operation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, and you will work across all six of our business applications. Key tasks and responsibilities

• To assist the Quality and Standards Manager to develop teaching tools for educators in colleges and training providers.

3. Support to champion future skills – Competition portfolio reviews and audit:

4. Operational Impact:
• Administration and co-ordination of activities in line with the project operational plan

5. To work with internal or external stakeholders at all:
• Liaising with educator partners to ensure key quality assurance documentation is submitted to deadlines and collated on the appropriate systems.

Job purpose
This is a pivotal senior administration role in a charity that is passionate about making a difference to the veterinary care that animals receive. You’ll be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, with the trustee board and with all members of the staff team of about 20 people.
