We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We aim to help improve the quality of services by letting the government and those running services know what people want from care.

We also support a network of 150 local Healthwatch services to reach out to every section of the community and encourage more people to speak up.

Together, our work is resulting in big and small changes that are helping to make care better.

Let us tell you a little bit about the role....
You’ll be helping put in place new business support systems and processes to support our new national programmes, such as volunteering and home-based team of regional managers. You’ll provide administrative support to make sure our National Conference and other events run smoothly and participants have a good experience. You’ll have a varied workload and work with different people, including suppliers, staff and volunteers.

What we're looking for from you....
We want someone who can get to grips with a problem, find a solution and has a can-do attitude. You’ll be well organised with attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities and be comfortable with getting the best out of systems, including digital and databases. You’ll be a sound communicator and team player who is customer focused.

You will be comfortable being remotely managed and part of a remote team whilst working in a busy office and able to act on your own initiative.

Whilst supporting the Healthwatch Network Development team this role will also be pivotal in  working across Healthwatch England and with 150 Healthwatch so an applicant with the ability to work collaboratively is required.
