The role of the Service Administrator will be to provide comprehensive administration support to all teams. This role is to ensure the smooth running of the Company and therefore working with all teams is an essential part of the daily working practice.
Your primary tasks will include the overall responsibility of keeping a record of all service charge payments made by our clients including creating new statements, updating finance statements as well as chasing up and keeping track of any arrears. An assertive but supportive approach will need to be taken when talking to our clients as arrears is a sensitive subject to discuss. As Administrative Assistant Theory Examination, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the successful operational delivery of College examinations, along with contributing to the development and implementation of IT systems and processes to enhance the College’s service.
Acting as first point of contact for UK and overseas examination candidates, the Administrative Assistant is an integral role within the Education and Training Division, in which you will provide effective customer service to candidates from application to the delivery of results.
Reporting to the Theory Examination Lead, you will ensure the accurate allocation of candidates to centres, processing of examination and application entries and processing the payments. You will also check, organise and send results to candidates upon completion.

Our purpose is to raise money and awareness for refugee-supporting organisations. We do this by running empowering and community building cycle adventure events. To date, we have raised over £450,000 for Choose Love, Europe’s largest donor of grassroots refugee aid, providing emergency support and long term solutions where they are most needed.
Our rides are deliberately uncompetitive, accidentally but proudly feminist, and offer genuine adventure. Our organisation is small, purpose-led and independent. The team consists of two Directors, who will coach you into the role and work together with you on strategy, finances and impact goals. There is also a dedicated team of volunteers within our community who run aspects of the organisation including Comms and the London Cycle Club. Practical information
Contract: 12 months (possibility of extension depending on funding) with a 6 month probationary period

Hours: 3 days a week on average, if working 7.5 hours a day.
Location: Whilst Covid-19 restrictions make supported group rides impossible, the role can be remote. However once rides are possible you would need to be able to work regularly in Bristol or London, where the majority of our community are. The role:
- To provide administrative support to the Head of Finance in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions, to ensure income and outgoings are timely and accurately recorded.
Main responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of Invoices on Sage
- Obtaining authorisation of the budget holder for the expenditure
- Preparing Income batches on Raiser’s Edge
- Creating new records on Raiser’s Edge
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Processing credit card income
- Processing credit card expenditure
- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
- Review and process employee expenses
- Making bank deposits and keep up records
- Tracking expenses as they relate to specific projects
- Validating invoices against items or services received
- Checking all financial transactions for accuracy
- Answering calls

Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have at least some previous experience in a similar role.
- You’ll have an analytical and methodical approach, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy - attention to detail is crucial!
- You’ll also have good working knowledge of Excel and SAGE Line 50 and some experience of Office365
- Desirable, but not necessary some knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, or similar database system.

The Role
The Administration and Supporter Care Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO and team across all aspects of the charity. Duties and Responsibilities
The Activities Administrator is an important role within the Student Activities team. The role will provide accurate, consistent and innovative administrative support to the Activities team and the 300+ clubs and societies, committees and volunteers the team supports.
