We now have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Cloud Administrator to provide 3rd level project and helpdesk support, acting as an escalation point for the support team. This opportunity is integral to providing consistent IT support across all three of our centres.
In this role you will ensure our internal physical and virtual server and network is maintained for 7 day a week operation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, and you will work across all six of our business applications. This offers you diversity in your work and the opportunity to work on technically complex challenges.
Joining a team of 10, you will be collectively supporting a user basis of around 700. The support requests will invite you to use your entire skill set and provide opportunities for continued development.

What you will do:

About the role:
The Finance Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of effective transaction processing within MAG’S Corporate Finance Department. The role holder will efficiently manage the finance inbox and phone, responding to queries promptly, and escalating issues to the Corporate Finance Manager when necessary. In addition, you will manage the purchase and sales ledger, including registering and posting supplier invoices, maintaining supplier and donor details, raising sales and donor invoices, and ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of transactions. Preparing supplier payments, including international payments and BACS payment runs, and liaising with the bank on issues such as recalled payments and compliance investigations are integral parts of this role. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing samples for Grant and Statutory Audits, conduct monthly cash counts and manage the HQ safe cash system, including cash advances, payments, and bank runs.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience and the ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines, approaching tasks methodically and thoroughly, remaining calm under pressure and collaborating enthusiastically as part of a team. This post is an exciting opportunity to be part both of supporting the growth of this new service and supporting clinical administration at the Brent Centre within an existing small team.
The suitable candidate will have at least two years’ experience of clinical and/or general administration and reception duties. This post will suit a confident, reliable individual with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide a comprehensive administrative service to a busy front line advice centre.
1. To help provide an effective free advice and representation service for people largely living or working in East London or elsewhere within England and Wales.
2. To provide a comprehensive administrative service to a busy front line advice centre. This comprises responding to enquiries through both telephone, email and face-to-face, ensuring that each enquirer is assessed for suitability for our services, specifically with a view to Legal Aid funding, booking clients for legal advice appointments and signposting those we cannot assist directly.
3. You will be working closely with our Housing Team and provide some support to other legal area teams.

About this role
This role is a pivotal one in Central England Law Centre as we strive to deliver excellent service to our wide range of clients from the local community in Birmingham.
The receptionist/administrator is the first point of contact for all clients whether they visit in person, send an email or contact us by phone. The person will also be responsible for providing administrative support to our caseworkers whilst overseeing all aspects of the management of the office from coordinating IT equipment, ordering office supplies and ensuring all building maintenance is up-to-date.
The successful candidate will be subject to a basic DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent client focused reception service in person, by email and phone
- When required, provide general signposting information to clients
- Ensure that all records are kept up to date and files are maintained to a high standard
- Provide reports from Law Centre data sources as required
- Maintain asset logs of Law Centre equipment and identify equipment needs
- Coordinate IT issues with our external IT support
- Ensure building maintenance is up to date
Person Specification
Essential

Job Purpose:To provide administrative support for the Housing Team and to carry out general administrative tasks. To also be responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors and residents, providing information on services available.
Hours of work:21 hours (7 hours per day over 3 days)

Annual leave: Five weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years’ service to a maximum of five weeks’ pro-rata after six years’ service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.

Main responsibilities
- Provide a professional friendly welcome to all visitors and residents arriving at Hillbrook House and providing information on services and facilities available
- To deal with telephone enquiries and to put calls through to other staff, to take messages and to retrieve voicemail messages
- Ensure the visitor policy is complied with and the seen sheet is completed and kept up to date
· Collate, input and monitor data via various IT platforms
· Manage incoming client applications via guidance support and various IT platforms
· Complete and the keep the staff rota up-to-date and distribute to staff
· Filing and other administrative work as required
· Updating reception documents and maintaining contact folders
· To offer a helpful and supportive presence to residents and reporting of incidents
· Keeping tally on stock available and first aid items
· Cash transactions over the reception for resident rent and maintain accurate receipting and accounting of all monies and credit transactions taken whilst on duty, checking floats and reconciling the till at the end of the shift
- Ensure that all keys and equipment issued are signed for and are returned and stored as appropriate
- To provide administrative support for the housing team and to carry out general administrative tasks (using Microsoft Office and other platforms)
- To be responsible for the post at the weekend, ensuring incoming post is dated, and is distributed to appropriate staff and residents and that outgoing post is processed correctly
- Any other duty requested by Housing Management
