The role:
Arrhythmia Alliance Group is recruiting a Senior Events Coordinator on a full-time, permanent, remote basis. Your skills will be essential in strengthening the Group’s profile through event planning, coordination, execution and evaluation.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in organising, marketing and facilitating healthcare and medical related events, liaison with both healthcare professionals and healthcare industries.

Main responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events.

Person specification:
- Educated to a minimum A-Level standard, with further relevant training, experience and professional development in marketing, event planning and execution.

The Training and Events Manager will form an essential part of the SLA team working to run a high quality, inspiring and engaging events and training to help us deliver on our mission to support members, so that more children and young people reach their full potential through the school library. You will lead on the organisation of our annual conference; develop and maintain a calendar of events and training for members and non-member audiences; and support the team with all event related administration and logistics. Events at the SLA include member meet ups (in person and online), events in our branch network across 23 regions, professional development and training, and our SLA Awards ceremonies.
Your work will be at the forefront of our member offer, helping to build links with membership, support members, build relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, delivering high-quality training and impactful events offer across the year. An agile and flexible thinker, you will be creative, with a flair for spotting opportunities for professional development, and have a keen eye for detail with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The Deputy Director of Operations (DDO) supports the Director of Operations and Development (DOD) in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and strategic functioning of the ELSC across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Netherlands, and Germany.
The DDO line-manages the Finance and Human Resources Managers and provides operational leadership in compliance, finance, HR, coordination, and employee engagement.
The ELSC has four departments (Legal, Monitor & Research, Advocacy & Communications, and Operations & Development) and five work teams (Britain, Netherlands, Germany, EU, Crimes and Complicity).
The DDO coordinates staff gatherings and internal engagement, including planning the annual in-person all-staff event, managing logistics for departmental and work team meetings, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
The role also assists the Director of Operations and Development with meeting facilitation and agenda development, co-facilitates weekly remote all-staff meetings, and supports the coordination of the monthly staff assembly.
This role requires exceptional organisational, interpersonal, time-management, and analytical skills.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrable experience in a senior operations and/or compliance role (5+ years).
- Experience with Finance, Governance, and Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of British, Dutch, and German legal and organisational frameworks (or ability to acquire this quickly).

MAIN DUTIES AND TASKS
Management
- Line manage Finance Manager and Human Resources Manager.

- Ensure compliance for ELSC entities in the Netherlands, Britain, and Germany.

Purpose of job
The postholder will lead, develop and motivate a team of support practitioners to ensure that immediate
pastoral resettlement support packages are developed and delivered to meet the specific individual
needs of each tenant, which ultimately facilitates their moving towards living with a greater
independence.
To take overall responsibility for the successful running of the support service as agreed. In line with the
requirements of our regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures. To promote and ensure
high standards of support and involvement opportunities for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support, guidance and training to support team to ensure they are equipped with the
tools and skills to deliver high quality support and involvement programmes in their area. This
includes ensuring that ACH’s internal quality framework for Involvement best practice, and
relevant policies and procedures are followed. Train support team in Support Processes to ensure
that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, Reviews, Exit Interviews are carried out within the required
time frames. Carry out monthly one to one’s with staff and coordinate weekly staff meetings.
To line manage staff team and act as the first point of contact and to effectively manage, supervise
and develop the support staff and any apprentices or volunteers.
Support the Housing Team in receiving the new referral and these being processed to ensure
empty rooms are let. Work with the Housing Team to ensure that tenants are aware of their
responsibilities regarding rent payments and licence agreements.
Work with other teams such as NCS and HIMILO to maintain effective internal referral procedures
for tenants to engage with wider ACH/HIMILO services.
To maintain an excellent standard of safeguarding practice and awareness throughout the service
and staff team and to support staff on safeguarding issues. Working in line with ACH’s
Safeguarding Policy to follow up any safeguarding related issues and ensure they are dealt with
effectively with appropriate referrals to safeguarding boards, local authorities social services and
where necessary the Police.
To provide and seek training, support and guidance for staff and to implement staff training

THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Development Producer, to provide development support for and oversee development projects on our growing development slate.
The Development producer will help manage the ideas that are submitted to the development fund, prepare and take part in editorial meetings, and build relationships with production companies that are serviced by Climate Spring, and help form new working relationships within the industry.
The development producer will assist the Head of Unscripted in preparing and delivering creative sessions to production companies and stakeholders. They will also help manage our unscripted contacts and prepare for community-building events with unscripted labels and talent.
You have a track record working on or developing unscripted formats a have good eye for commercially viable ideas for broadcasters streamers and online. A knowledge or experience with ad-funded content, whilst not essential, could be helpful.

About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Events Officer to coordinate and deliver our programme of in-person and online events.
You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly — from planning and logistics to communication and on-the-day delivery. Working closely with other part-time staff, volunteers, and local event hosts, you’ll play a key role in bringing the BMS community together.

• Proactively diversify and sustainably increase TOLFA UK’s fundraising, such as:
