ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties and key responsibilities:
Office Maintenance
- Oversee the general maintenance of the office.

Purpose of the Archivist role is to:
Our Archive collection contains both official and personal documents which reflect the experience of those who have served with the RAF and its predecessor organisations. It also includes technical drawings and material. Public Records are held and the Museum is a Place of Deposit.
The Archivist is a key member of the Archive, Library and Research team contributing to making the collection accessible to our audiences. Undertaking the full range of archival work, you will help to develop and look after the Archive collection and support the Museum’s Development Programmes. You will be supported to undertake research contributing to the Museum’s Research Programme.
Applicants should have a post-graduate qualification in archive administration. The successful applicant will have experience of working with archive collections and excellent communication skills. About the role
As Facilities & Governance Coordinator you will act as a first point of contact in our London office, and work in collaboration with the Governance team across their full range of activities, and consult regularly with the rest of the organisation, Trustees and Members. Job Purpose
As part of the four strong events team, this role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of numerous educational events throughout the year. These events support the clinical and non-clinical skills and professional development of our members as key components of lifelong learning and improvement.
In addition, the role will support the Events Manager in the administration of the showcase Annual Congress as well as the Admissions Ceremony. As part of the team, you will also assist other team members as necessary.
Main Purpose and Deliverables
- Delivery of the Training the Trainers Courses (TTT) and Certificate of eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) Courses.
- End to end event, speaker and customer support specifically for the TTT and CESR events and as delegated for the education and seminar programme.
