Job description

We’re hiring: Communications and Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Communications and Marketing Lead to join the Youth Focus North West team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, telling stories and finding different ways to connect with people.

You’ll help us share the impact of our work with young people and the youth sector across the North West, developing campaigns, creating content for social media, websites and publications, producing graphics and video, ensuring our communications are clear and engaging.

You’ll also help us understand what’s working by using insight and analytics to improve our communications and reach more of the people we want to connect with.

We’re looking for someone with experience in communications, marketing, media or PR who can write well, think creatively and manage a range of projects and priorities. If you are not familiar with the youth sector, dont worry, what matters is that you’re interested in our work, keen to learn and excited about using communications to help us make a difference.

You’ll be joining a small, friendly team, with the tools and support you need to do the job.

Some regional travel and occasional evening/weekend working will be required.
