Job description

An exciting opportunity to develop corporate partnerships that help young people to thrive. This is a valuable opportunity for a proactive, relationship-focused corporate fundraiser to join Jamie’s Farm on a part-time, fixed term basis. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of value-aligned corporate partners, while continuing to steward existing relationships and create meaningful opportunities that support our work with young people.

What is Jamie’s Farm?  Jamie’s Farm is a charity that supports young people by combining therapeutic work, farming, and purposeful activities to help them thrive. Through residential visits to our working farms, we provide a nurturing environment where young people can reflect, build confidence, and develop the resilience they need to overcome personal challenges.  As part of the dynamic HQ team we offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about making a real difference.

Location : This role can be hybrid based, with attendance at least two days per fortnight at either our beautiful Bath HQ or our inspiring new London Hub in Brixton.

More about the role: As Fundraising Manager - Corporate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, while managing and stewarding a portfolio of existing corporate supporters. You will build strong relationships, creating meaningful and mutually beneficial opportunities across fundraising, volunteering and events, and helping supporters understand the difference their support makes.

About you: We are looking for someone with proven experience in corporate fundraising or partnerships, who is confident opening doors, building relationships with a range of stakeholders and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities. You will be a strong communicator, able to develop tailored proposals, pitches and partnership plans, and comfortable representing Jamie’s Farm in meetings, events and partner engagements.

Organised, proactive and motivated by making a difference, you will be able to manage competing priorities while delivering an excellent supporter experience. Above all you’ll be motivated by the chance to use your relationship skills in support of Jamie’s Farm’s mission.

Please see the full job description, desired experience and employee benefits by exploring our recruitment pack below.  Don’t meet every single requirement? We’d still love to hear from you – your unique skills and experience could be just what we’re looking for.
