Zoe's Place Baby Hospice was founded in Liverpool in 1995 as the first hospice in the UK specifically providing for the needs of babies and younger children. Our team of specialist nurses and healthcare assistants are supported by a wide range of other healthcare professionals to provide respite care, therapies and bereavement care to babies and children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.

In late 2024 the people of Liverpool, the North West, and even further afield helped us to raise more than £7,000,000 to secure the future of our hospice, and to build a state-of-the-art new facility in West Derby.

As work begins on our new hospice facility, our dedicated team continues to deliver specialised care from our existing site, and our team of fundraising, marketing, finance, compliance and administration professionals work hard to keep the charity operating smoothly.

This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic and successful team as the head of our Income Generation and Marketing function. This role enhances the previous role of Head of Fundraising to be responsible for the overall income generation for the hospice, and the key role for the Head of Income Generation is to maintain a sustainable level of fundraising by increasing the income from paid placements through our relationships with Health Trusts and Councils in Merseyside and Cheshire in particular.

We are looking for someone with proven senior-level experience in income generation within the charity, health or care sector, and with a track record of growing income through commissioning or fundraising. As the Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward this partnership initiative, working collaboratively with our delivery partners, with local stakeholders, community and voluntary sector groups, and our funder The National Lottery Community Fund to ensure that impact measurement and activity reporting is kept on track. You will work with two new SaM Community Development Workers, and with our partner organisation staff to develop a new outreach programme of infrastructure support shaped with and for the micro and small organisations across the county. You will develop a tailored action plan of outputs and outcomes with our Partnership Advisory Group and dovetail this with a pathway to gather data, stories and feedback on learning, impact and change. This monitoring and evaluation will be reported back to the Advisory Group and the National Lottery on a regular basis.

As the SaM Programme Manager you will manage a county‑wide partnership, contributing not only to delivery but also to shared learning, reflection and continuous improvement. You will balance representing your host organisation with acting in the best interests of the partnership and the communities it serves.

We’re looking for two Regional Campaign Officers who will be responsible for delivering 360 marketing plans for our rehoming centres in the South East of England to expand local awareness of our brand, drive engagement from local communities and encourage more people to adopt a dog.

What does this role do?
As Regional Campaign Officer, you’ll:

• deliver localised marketing and communications content and material focused on specific rehoming centres in the region. This will include immersing yourself in the local community and creating comms assets such as press releases and social media content,
• support the Regional Marketing Manager to act as a conduit between the rehoming centre and central MarComms teams, aligning plans and activity to ensure that national strategy can be relevant for regional audience,
• represent the MarComms team in the region, cultivating strong relationships with rehoming centre teams, developing a deep understanding of their ways of working and challenges,
• monitor the effectiveness of regional campaigns, applying learnings to future activity.

Please note, this role will be hybrid between home and any of our rehoming centres in the South East of England, including Basildon, Canterbury, Harefield, Shoreham-by-Sea or Salisbury. It will involve significant travel across the region, as well as the need to work from the London office occasionally.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 2nd and 3rd April 2026 and will take place on Teams. This role is being offered as a fixed term contact until October 2027.

About the role

We are looking for someone with a strong new business record, who is confident in networking with some of the biggest and most influential businesses in the region. The role will have a set portfolio of relationships to steward and develop, whilst maintaining a watching brief to identify new opportunities for strategically valuable partnerships. Academics here are tackling some of the world’s most pressing global challenges such as the impact of climate change on our woodlands and forests, issues caused by migration and displacement, the rise in youth mental health issues, and the prevention of needless maternal deaths in the developing world. Main Duties

The Corporate Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for:

The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development of RLSS UK’s first comprehensive individual giving programme, building all activity from the ground up. This includes designing compelling supporter propositions, establishing donor journeys, and creating engaging campaigns that drive acquisition and long-term support.

A key part of the role will be scoping, procuring, and managing external suppliers, agencies, platforms, and partners required to deliver individual giving products and activity. The postholder will play a central role in shaping the future of supporter engagement at RLSS UK, introducing best practice, ensuring strong stewardship, and embedding a supporter‑centred culture across the organisation.

JOB PURPOSE

To develop, launch, and grow RLSS UK’s first individual giving programme, building sustainable income streams that support our vital work in water safety education. As the first dedicated individual giving role, you will design the strategy and deliver hands on activity, creating compelling propositions, supporter journeys and campaigns across regular giving, one‑off gifts, lottery, legacies and in‑memory giving.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Strategy

• Develop RLSS UK’s first Individual Giving strategy, setting clear plans, targets, and opportunities for growth across all giving products.
• Introduce and embed best practice in compliance, data management, supporter care, and ethical fundraising.

Supplier and Partner Development

• Scope organisational needs and procure/manage suppliers, agencies and platforms required to deliver individual giving activity.
• Lead onboarding and manage delivery to agreed standards, budgets and timelines.

Supporter Engagement and Campaign Development

• Design end‑to‑end supporter journeys (acquisition, welcome, nurture, upgrade, reactivation, retention).
• Plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid, direct mail) to acquire, retain and engage supporters.
• Build audience understanding through segmentation, insight and experimentation.
• Work closely with Marketing and Communications, Membership, and other teams to embed Individual Giving into the organisation.

Product Development

• Scope and pilot propositions for: Regular Giving, Digital one‑off, Charity Lottery, Legacy Giving, In‑Memory, Appeals/integrated campaigns, and Mid‑value.
• Produce product business cases with KPIs, budgets, phasing and implementation plans.

Reporting and Evaluation

• Establish reporting and monitoring frameworks for Individual Giving activity.
• Use early data and insight to inform decision‑making, future planning, and product development.
• Ensure all activity complies with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, GDPR, PECR and Gambling Commission requirements.
• Monitor and report on individual giving performance against KPIs and targets, reporting on performance to the Director of Income Generation and Engagement, Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees.

We are seeking an experienced Communications Lead Officer who will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic communications plan for the Diocese of St Davids and will shape and deliver a pro-active, strategic and mission-aligned communications function. Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.

We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Product Marketing Coordinator

This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.

You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.

The fundamentals of the role

Marketing and sales enablement

• Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
• Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
• Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
• Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.

Viewings organisation and coordination

• Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
• Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
• Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
• Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.

Go-to-market planning and execution

• Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
• Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.

About the Role.  

We are investing in our Fundraising and Development team to deliver an ambitious 5-year fundraising strategy. The Trusts and Philanthropy Manager is pivotal in securing philanthropic support from trusts and foundations, legacies, major donors, and corporate partners.

 
Over the strategy period you will be responsible for developing annual trust and grant income to £500,000+, by securing grants of five figures and above and gaining multi-year donations.Using your experience in creating strong cases for support, including unrestricted costs, and pipeline development, you will work with two part-time colleagues to increase annual income from major donors, legacies and corporate partners to £250,000+ (excluding exceptional legacy gifts). 

With curiosity, you will identify funding opportunities and reach new audiences. You will thrive on building strong, long-lasting relationships, cultivating donors through verbal and written communications, and managing stewardship events.

As a senior manager, you will have budget responsibility, report regularly, and mitigate under performance.You will ensure joined-up planning and delivery, developing fundraising relationships across income streams, and you will enjoy line management, collaborating with others, and leading project groups to deliver targets on deadlines. 

A typical week is expected to include at least 2 days from our Wolseley Head Office, 1-2days in Staffordshire to secure new support and meet donors, the remaining time worked remotely, with flexibility as required.
