The post holder will be responsible for the preparation of the University's student data statutory returns for external agencies, such as the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) and Office for Students (OfS). The role holder will also provide detailed analysis of the data, and prepare the student academic timetable.

This is a full time role, starting as soon as possible, and will be based on site 3 days per week in central London, and the remainder remote.

The role holder will be considered an expert SITS user within the Student and Academic Services (SAS) department, and will be responsible for production of management information in respect of student data and the production of ad hoc reports on student data.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the production and analysis of the university's student statistical returns to a range of external agencies
• To provide analysis and critical evaluation of data to support statutory reporting functions
• To create and regularly update management reports for the SMT
• Represent the university at SITS User Group meetings

In order to be considered for this role, you will need:

• Comprehensive expert knowledge of Tribal SITS:Vision Student Records System, including: HESADR statutory reporting, Task Management, Batch Processes, Standard Letters (SRL)
• Previous work experience in higher education (HE) data analyst/SITS role.
• Extensive knowledge of HE Statutory returns - HESA Student Record (Data Futures), HESES, Graduate Outcomes.
• Knowledge and experience of using SQL to interrogate complex databases.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations and Finance Coordinator to join our small but growing central office team. The post-holder will work closely with the Operations Manager, Head of Finance and Head of Impact & Service Delivery to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth-running of the charity, our impact and our service delivery.

This position would suit someone who is passionate, organised, and has an interest in film, healthcare and helping to improve people’s wellbeing.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Service Support

• Support the Operations Manager with managing film delivery to all our sites, including monitoring of KDMs and DCPs
• Support cinema sites by ensuring all our in-hospital marketing materials are up-to date and accurate, including:
  • Create monthly posters for all sites, and other ad-hoc posters
  • Create info cards about upcoming films
  • Update the film information on our Showtimes page of our website
  • Updating digital entrance screens
  • Ordering physical posters and standees from film distributors
  • Support on developing any new initiatives to promote our services in hospitals
• Deputising for the Operations Manager when required, including occasionally covering out-of-hours emergencies

Impact and Evaluation

• Support with the management and upkeep of our Impact data management system Smartsheets to ensure it is accurate and as up-to-date as possible. Specific tasks to include, but not limited to:
  • Check for data errors each morning and follow up accordingly to resolve any issues
  • Uploading Serennu Children’s Centre data

About the Role

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training, support and coordination of our team of volunteers, working closely with operational managers and the volunteer team to ensure that volunteer activity contributes to PHQ’s charitable objectives and is enjoyable and fulfilling for the volunteer team.  There are currently over 100 volunteers whose work centres around Boathouse 4, our boat collection in the workshop and afloat on our pontoons, and care for Porters Garden, a calm space enjoyed by visitors and staff work in the dockyard.

This role involves operational planning, volunteer engagement, scheduling, and data management, with a strong focus on volunteer recognition, development, and communication.

We will consider applications for part-time employment for 30+ hours per week.

About You

You will be able to demonstrate prior experience of coordinating volunteer activity in the charitable sector, with good knowledge of safety and risk management procedures, and strong communication and organisational skills; underpinned by high level administrative and IT skills.

This is an essential senior support post vital for the underpinning of Cathedral governance. The Development Officer will lead on the Corporate Industry Friends new business prospecting alongside colleagues and will lead on tracking progress and trends relating to corporate membership income and conversation rates. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the postholder will lead on growing high volume corporate support and will lead third party fundraising events too.

The selected candidate will be a creative self-starter who thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be a strong writer able to craft compelling narratives. You will ideally have experience in corporate fundraising and event co-ordination and will be highly organised.

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team, ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic and engaging environment. You will play a key role in resolving IT issues, maintaining positive relationships with users, and supporting daily IT operations across the Museum and Gardens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Set up and maintain new and existing devices, including desktops, laptops, and network equipment.

• Assist in improving IT processes and support cybersecurity measures.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access issues on the network.

• Support the IT team with system upgrades and projects.

• Ensure accurate recording of IT support activities and maintain documentation.

In this role, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to IT support, with a strong problem-solving mindset. You will be someone who thrives on helping others, demonstrating excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users. Key Qualities, Skills, and Experience

• Experience in 1st Line Support, assisting users with hardware, software and network issues.

• Strong technical abilities with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and IT support.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with IT support tickets and Helpdesk systems.

• Strong customer service focus with good communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Office Suite.

• Desirable: IT-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) or equivalent practical experience.

• Basic understanding of IT networks and security.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Attention to detail and effective task prioritisation.
