Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.

Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
• Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.

• Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.

• Set up digital advertising campaigns through Meta, Google Ads and other platforms

• Utilise excellent graphic design skills to collaborate with the team on the design and delivery of different digital campaigns for all stakeholder groups. This will include mass e-mails, social media posts and digital collateral as required.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Monitor social media communications (both comments on posts and direct messages) and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

Design & Brand

• Be a guardian of the ArtsEd brand, ensuring correct and effective use of our branding and house style both internally and externally.
• Ensure all digital information is accurate, up to date and relevant.
• Ensure ArtsEd embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion through all digital marketing touchpoints.
• Develop and manage image library including liaising with relevant staff to select images, co-ordinating in-house photography and film requirements, up-dating plasma screen and fulfilling external requests for images.
• Ensure all touchpoints communicate ArtsEd visual identity. Working with the wider Marketing team to review and implement ArtsEd brand architecture structure on digital platforms

Graphic Design

• Create print and digital advertising material using Canva or similar software.
• Design and create in-house digital signage and support the Marketing Officer where needed.
• Support the print production process, liaising with printers and publications, proof reading and adapting print collateral as required.

Recruitment

• Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
• Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
• Managing an associated  programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
• Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.
• To programme our email marketing conversion communication using software Mailer Lite/MailChimp
• Overseeing the production of all marketing collateral.

Social Media

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of a social media plan that aligns with and enhances all strands of the marketing and communications strategy
• Create engaging and content drive social media assets.
• Oversee and a schedule the delivery of day-to-day social media content
• Work with the marketing officer to Launch as short form video content strategy for all platforms with aligns with the Marketing and organisations strategy.
• Be the expert in understanding movements regarding social networks ensuring ArtsEd has a presence and brand building content on the right platforms.
• To have responsibility for all digital advertising, including social paid adverts.

Website

• Manage through line managed staff all aspects of the ArtsEd website, ensuring that it remains relevant to all users at all times. This will include:-
• Ensuring factual content is kept up-to-date, imagery and video is regularly refreshed and that the overall site reflects ArtsEd’s unique offer.
• Identifying opportunities to create and update brand focused content
• SEO
• Analytics

Market Analysis/Planning

• Review and analysis of data to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges.
• Ability to understand different audiences and relevant content to ensure successful conversion rates and enhance the student and stakeholders experience.
• Explore  new methods for collection of data and how this can be used to improve recruitment processes
• Complete quarterly digital impact reports
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Implement regular surveys of students and staff, collecting quantitative and qualitative material to support marketing and communication campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Shape outcome based on data.

Events

• Work with team on the planning and delivery on a programme of events, including Auditions, Open Evenings and Open Events.

Other

• Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested.

An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Community Fundraising team at Cystic Fibrosis Trust. You will be joining a dynamic community fundraising team at an exciting period of growth in our fundraising programme.  You will be organised and a great relationship builder, with excellent communications skills which you will use to engage and help to deliver the best fundraising support. 

You will work along side the Community Development and Fundraising Manager and the Digital and Social Community Fundraiser and be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and triage support for Community Fundraising activity, with specific responsibility for accurate data inputting and exceptional initial stewardship of community fundraising supporters.

Our current fundraising activities vary to include a wide range of supporter led events (Team CF [1]), ranging from football tournaments to bake sales, silent discos, balls and more. You will also support in the delivery of our fundraising campaigns with a key focus on Wear Yellow Day [2] and Festive fundraising [3].

The Community Fundraising team all work from home and regularly keep in touch with weekly online team meetings, individual catchups as required, as well as in person meetings throughout the year. This role would suit someone who is passionate about relational fundraising, is extremely organised and can work both on their own and in a team.  
 
Typical responsibilities in the role are:

- To triage and respond to incoming enquiries, material requests and bookings via phone & email, efficiently and accurately. 
- To ensure the management of accurate supporter records/bookings for key community events using third party external sites such as Enthuse to support this
- Engage with fundraising supporters and potential supporters to deliver exceptional stewardship and understanding people’s needs and challenges
- To assist in the correspondence with and development of fundraisers and donors, to ensure they have the support and fundraising materials they need to reach their fundraising goals and have an exceptional supporter experience
- Create and amend supporter records on the database in an accurate manner and within agreed standards ensuring data is always managed securely and effectively. 
- Update Community Pipeline with activity and income details and us this platform to provide data on fundraising activity.

This is a home-based role with some travel throughout the UK. You will be able to take Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) for this and claim travel and subsistence allowances.

The Adult Services Team Manager is one of 3 team managers reporting to our Chief Executive Officer. The services managed include Direct Payment Support across Richmond and Wandsworth, Befriending and Community Activities, our Benefits and Housing Advice and Information service and our Counselling service.

We constantly research and develop services to meet the identified needs of the community and this role would suit someone who wants a good level of autonomy to develop new ideas.

Purpose of Post

• Report as required to the commissioners and the Ruils Board of trustees
• Responsible for ensuring active promotion of the services to potential and existing clients and stakeholders and to ensure representation of Ruils at networking events.
• Work with the CEO and Fundraising Manager to ensure projects are fully funded and demand is well managed.

The Role:

This role will cover a wider area of executive support including governance, meeting management, senior leadership team support, managing on-line gatherings, travel management, diary management, correspondence management and relationship management.

The post-holder will be key in supporting the WWP in this, and also, with both WWP and CEO, in mapping out the key events and activities over a 6 year cycle, so that there is a clear structure for the new WWP (and ultimately successor to CEO ) to come into and work with. They will also assist the CEO in “standard agenda planning” for the board, for example, the induction of the new Board in early 2025.

Whilst the role is for 3 days per week, ideally this would be flexible, with the individual working more days at certain times (for example during the Board week) and less at quieter times.

MU is a small team, (about 25) and there is an expectation that all will show flexibility in helping out on areas not explicit in their role descriptions, when time and their expertise and ongoing workload allow

The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling the Microsoft suite, zoom, familiarity with handling databases and finance systems. They should be confident in taking minutes in board meetings, experienced in acting as a project manager, able to use a project tool to facilitate planning of schedules for SLT, Board and committees throughout the year, and possess excellent relationship skills, confident to liaise with board members and provincial presidents from around the Globe.

Work Location

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays.

Harris Hill is looking for an interim Fundraising Assistant to support a national charity for 2 to 3 months on remote of hybrid basis, starting May 2024.

The role is full time but could be 30 hours per week. You can work remotely outside of London or hybrid inside London, supporting their mass participation team.

40% of children from disadvantaged backgrounds leave primary school in England each year unable to read to the expected standard - many of these children fall behind with reading simply because they lack the opportunity to practise.

Chapter One is a small but growing charity with a vision of a world in which all children have the literacy skills needed to thrive. Our mission is to close the reading gap by providing children with one-to-one support at the time they need it most. We work in eleven areas/regions of the UK and will support 3,300 children in 2024-25.

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who are working professionals. The volunteer ask is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to the work of our fast-growing charity. You will work as part of the Chapter One Support Team, ensuring that our online reading volunteers have everything that they need - from onboarding to assisting with ID checks and responding to email queries. You will be the first point of contact for our online reading volunteers, so excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping others is essential.

Reporting to the Performance and Data Manager, you will work for 25-30 hours a week (Monday to Friday) and will need to be available for an 09:30 am start each morning. The Grants Programme Assistant will support both the Executive Director and the Assistant Manager across the remit of the SCLF’s work to help it deliver its objectives. This is a unique and interesting opportunity to join the organisation at a key point in its ten-year trajectory as it works to support schools to continue their language provision post 2026 and help shape what that future might look like. 

The postholder will play a key role when it comes to supporting the Executive Director and Assistant Manager in their day-to-day roles and get very involved in the operations of the Foundation.  As part of the site services team the role holder will be expected to liaise with managers and staff across the Trust. The role holder is expected to work closely with the other members of the facilities team and assist in covering in the laundry, in the deep clean team or other works as and when required.

You will be health and safety aware, take ownership of your own work, and be understanding of the children’s needs here at The Children’s Trust.
