• Champion our mission through digital storytelling: You’ll craft and share compelling content that brings Compassion’s mission to life, whether it’s a powerful testimony, a behind-the-scenes moment, or a real-time update from an event.
• Lead our social media presence with purpose: From Facebook to TikTok, you’ll manage and grow our platforms creatively and carefully, ensuring every post reflects our values and connects with hearts.
• Shape strategy and spark engagement: You’ll help shape our social media strategy, aligning it with our wider goals. You’ll also monitor performance, share insights, and adapt content to keep it fresh, relevant and impactful.
• Create content that moves people: You’ll produce short-form videos, graphics, and written posts that inspire action and deepen connection. You’ll also capture and edit real-time content at events and key moments.
• Collaborate across teams and with influencers: You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to amplify our message, support campaigns, and explore new ways to engage audiences.
• Respond with wisdom and grace: In moments of crisis or opportunity, you’ll help shape our voice by responding with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

What You’ll Bring:

✔A foundation of experience. You have at least two years of experience managing social media content and channels in a professional setting, ideally within a charity or organisational context.

✔A gift for communication. You write and speak with clarity, warmth and purpose. You know how to adapt your tone to different audiences and create content that connects deeply.

✔Creative storytelling skills. You’re confident in capturing and editing short-form videos, photos and graphics that bring stories to life and reflect the heart of our mission.

✔Confidence with creative tools. You’re familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Premiere Pro and can use them to create engaging, on-brand content.

✔Strong organisational ability. You can manage multiple projects with care and attention and are comfortable working with agencies or freelancers to bring ideas to life.

✔A heart for learning and growth. You’re curious about how social media is evolving and enjoy exploring new ways to share stories and engage supporters.

✔Attention to detail and admin skills. You’re confident using Microsoft Office, managing budgets and reporting on performance with accuracy and insight.

Are you enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills? We are looking for a conscientious person with an eye for detail and an interest in the work of the RSPB to join our highly successful legacy team. Legacies are a vital income stream for the RSPB and through being part of the team, you will play a key role in maximising and protecting the RSPB’s future income ensuring our vital conservation work continues.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to absorb facts quickly. You will ideally have previous experience within a challenging and dynamic environment and be capable of working under your own initiative as well as part of a team. You must be computer literate and numerate, and capable of dealing with complex and financial data.

In this role you will:

• Assist in the technical operation of our legacy administration function
• Engage regularly with a wide range of external contacts including solicitors, RSPB supporters and other charities
• Learn and embed techniques, systems and best practice to enhance our Legacy Administration function
• Assist in ensuring procedures and standards are well implemented across the Legacy Administration specialism

Working closely with, and reporting to, our Senior Data Manager, you will help design, build and maintain reliable data pipelines and models across the Microsoft data ecosystem, including Azure, SQL, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Our platform uses a mix of these technologies today, and you’ll play a key role in helping us evolve it over time, improving reliability, consistency and usability for teams across Woodgreen. You will also contribute to good data management practices such as documentation, data quality controls, clear definitions and proportionate governance that helps colleagues use data confidently.

Just as important as technical skills is your ability to work with people. You will partner with colleagues across fundraising, corporate and pet services to understand their needs, translate them into workable data solutions, and communicate clearly and respectfully throughout. About you

Do you want to use your skills to make it possible for people with myeloma to live longer and better lives?  Are you an experienced event organiser looking for a new challenge?  We are looking for someone with event and project management experience who has excellent communication and relationship building skills to join the team responsible for delivering our programme of events. 

You’ll have good negotiation and presentation skills, a focus on detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks often to tight deadlines.  You will need a thorough understanding of the principles of event management and how to identify and meet the needs of service users through event delivery as well as knowledge of systems for event evaluation and service improvement.

Previous experience of organising digital events and training or facilitating groups would be an advantage but not essential. 

About the role

The Information Events Coordinator will deliver the patient and family myeloma and AL amyloidosis information events programme consisting of face-to-face and online events hosted by the team and held throughout the UK, developing the strategy for the programme and implementing event activity with the aim to increase participation and attendance.

The role holder will organise the planning, coordination and delivery of the information events programme including administration, promotion and marketing, dealing with event logistics and delivery on the day.  You will monitor the associated income and expenditure for the information events programme ensuring that the programme is delivered to budget.

You will also be responsible for organising the planning and delivery of the digital events programme, dealing with promotion and marketing and taking ownership of technical aspects of running online events as well as developing marketing material and a publicity and communications strategy for the information events programme.

Our Programme

This is an exciting time to join The Brokerage and play a vital role in rolling out our brand new Next Gen Talent Programme. The programme is a two-stage career progression initiative designed to equip working-class young people with the employability skills and guidance necessary for success in the corporate world, with the ultimate aim of supporting our young people to secure and sustain a professional career. 

Role purpose and main responsibilities

To lead our work on the Next Gen Talent Career Programme and support our other programmes helping young people (aged 16 to 25) access careers in professional services, banking, insurance and property. 

Through our programmes, we help to develop young people so that they are equipped with the professional insights and skills needed for the workplace. We do this via a high-quality curriculum of events, including masterclasses, bootcamps, career coaching  and mentoring that involve our corporate volunteers.

The Senior Programme Manager will take the lead on delivering the programme and outcomes across the Next Gen Talent Career Programme; whilst working in a highly collaborative and flexible way alongside our other senior programme managers, career coach and the volunteering and events manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Project manage the Next Gen Talent Career Programme to ensure that participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to access professional careers in Engineering.

• Manage the recruitment process for the Next Gen Talent Career Programme, including advertising the programme to our existing pool of students and wider stakeholders, managing the application and interview process. 

• Work with young people, corporates, funders and consortium delivery partners to develop and enhance programme delivery.

• Manage the promotion and delivery of high-quality in-person and online events; facilitating sessions where necessary, working with the career coach, volunteering and events manager and freelance staff.

• Develop engaging programme collateral to maintain relevance and quality, working alongside the communications team and incorporating participant feedback and sector insights

• Manage relationships, communications and briefings for funders, corporate partners and volunteers.

• Oversee and deliver one-to-one guidance for candidates, working with the career coach to ensure their engagement with the programme and to support placement applications. 

• Contribute to the retention of all corporate partners by overseeing the creation of engaging, responsive and cost–effective project plans, working alongside the partnerships team

• Set, track and monitor targets and KPIs, working with the interim CEO to ensure programme deliverables are monitored and achieved. 

• Provide regular information reports and updates for The Brokerage Senior Management Team, Board of Trustees, funders and consortium delivery partners.

• Play an active role in the planning and delivery of The Brokerage’s strategic objectives and participate in events and activities for The Brokerage as required.

• Maintain up-to-date records on our CRM system (Salesforce).

• Contribute to the development and implementation of our employer products working closely with the Interim CEO,  and relevant team members.

• Line Management of a small team of 2 to 3.

• Lead on discrete tasks outside of day to day job as appropriate.

• Experience working with young people and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.

The Sheppard Trust provides homes for older women in housing need, and we support them to live independently.  We reduce loneliness and isolation by fostering a supportive community spirit. 

We're planning to move to brand-new, purpose built accommodation near Hampton Court village in Surrey.   Whilst we wait for the build to complete, 20 of our existing residents are temporarily housed in Mill Hill, with 4 housed in Greenford.  Their new homes are expected to be ready in July 2026.   The aim of this role is to support these residents before, during and after our move, as well as to plan, organise and deliver the logistics of the moves.

We're a small friendly team who are currently flexibly hybrid working.  This role is based on 21 hours a week, with two visits per week to Mill Hill and occasional visits to Greenford and Hampton Court.  The rest of the work could be carried out from home if desired.  From July to September when the moves take place the workload will be higher and more on-site attendance may be necessary on move days.   

The right appointment is important to us, so we're willing to discuss proposals for alternative working arrangements including adding additional responsibilities to create a full time role. There will be the opportunity to apply for permanent positions at the  new site if wished.

Communications 

• Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues
