We combine policy, parliamentary, and public advocacy to influence political decisions and mobilize resources for key issues, including global health, nutrition, and education.

Role overview

We are seeking a creative Communications Officer to lead and deliver our organisational communications strategy. Working within our Campaigns and Policy team, you will amplify our advocacy impact by crafting digital assets, managing website content, and elevating grassroots campaigns.

Key responsibilities & skills:

• Strategic communications: Produce high-quality campaign materials, newsletters, press briefings, and digital content aligned with our brand values.
• Digital & social media focus: Leverage strong social media skills and a keen eye for trends to expand audience reach and boost engagement.
• Campaign support: Work across core issue areas to support grassroots volunteer advocacy and organizational fundraising.

Requirements:

Minimum two years of communications experience, outstanding written English, and a proven ability to combine visual creativity with real-world social impact.

First Round interviews (online) – Friday 27 November.

Second round interview (in person) – week commencing 30 November.

Holidays: 25 days per annum pro rata, plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days.

Pension: Employee contributions to pension are matched 1:1 by Results UK up to a maximum of 5% of gross salary.
