As the UK’s independent policing think tank the Police Foundation is the only independent body in the UK dedicated to researching, promoting, and improving policing for the benefit of the public. The Role

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this busy and varied role, you’ll assist in the delivery of legacy marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including digital, telemarketing, legacy events and direct mail, and help to promote gifts in wills to internal audiences too. About this job
This part-time, fixed-term role (21 hours per week) will coordinate our Breathing Space project in Wales until March 2029. The project enables unpaid carers supporting people with MS and other neurological conditions to take short breaks.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Project Coordinator who enjoys delivering fixed-term funded projects, working directly with the people we support and our volunteers. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to achieve project objectives are essential.
You will work closely with unpaid carers, people affected by MS and other neurological conditions, key external partners, the Service and Support Team, the Director for Wales and teams across the MS Society. Focused on outcomes and tangible results, you will build strong stakeholder partnerships and represent the MS Society at meetings and events promoting the project to unpaid carers.
The role can be based anywhere in Wales, but regular travel across Wales is expected.
Welsh language skills are desirable

The nature of the role requires the role-holder to be out of College, visiting prospective and current donors, at least 2–3 days per week. Attendance in College on these days is not required. Because Clare is a community, attendance in College at least one day a week will be essential. The usual hours of work are between 8.45am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours a week), but flexibility and some evening and weekend work are required. About the role
You will be playing a pivotal role in the senior leadership of the fundraising directorate, working alongside the Head of Relationship Fundraising and Partnerships. You will help to shape the ambitious future for fundraising at East Anglian Air Ambulance, delivering the Future Proofed Giving strategy, growing income, and developing a brilliant team of fundraisers, stewardship specialists and engagement experts.
Key responsibilities include:
Building a brand-new engagement, stewardship, retention and development function for the fundraising directorate including; building the team, embedding the function across the fundraising and wider teams; This function will be the beating heart of the fundraising team and ensure we can deliver our ambitious strategy.

Significant experience of developing successful fundraising strategies and leading and developing fundraising departments, and teams.

You'll also work closely with colleagues across AmplifyChange to bring partner experience and learning into the organisation through Grantee Partner showcases, case studies, impact briefs and other engaging content.
This is a varied and creative role for someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning ideas and experience into engaging learning opportunities. You'll have the chance to experiment with different approaches to digital learning and community engagement, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools, while helping us continually improve how we connect with and learn alongside our Grantee Partners.
AmplifyChange is a bilingual fund working in English and French, so professional-level written French and confidence speaking French are essential for this role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning and Community Engagement
Create opportunities for Grantee Partners to connect, share their expertise and learn from one another, building an active and welcoming community across AmplifyChange's network.
Learning Events and Programmes
Bring learning to life through engaging, inclusive and well-run online, in-person and hybrid experiences that enable Grantee Partners to connect, participate and learn together.
Communications, Content and Knowledge Management
Turn learning and partner experience into engaging, accessible content and resources that can be shared across AmplifyChange and its community.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Use feedback, evidence and reflection to understand what's working and continually improve the learning and community experience for Grantee Partners.
Safeguarding, Data Protection and Security
Help create safe, inclusive and accessible learning and community spaces, ensuring activities are delivered in line with AmplifyChange's safeguarding, data protection and information security requirements.
Organisational Contribution

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Head of Grant Making. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model where staff are expected to come into the office one day per week.

We're a not-for-profit providing trauma-informed support for children and young people with SEN and complex, overlapping needs, through our Alternative Provision service in schools and settings across Gloucestershire, and our Stay & Play holiday clubs, giving SEN children a safe, sensory-friendly space during school closures.
Now we're looking for a Trusts and Grants Manager to secure the funding that makes this work possible.
The role
This is a brand-new, standalone fundraising role, and a genuinely flexible one. You'll own the trusts, foundations and statutory funding pipeline from end to end: spotting the right opportunities, writing applications that land, and keeping funders close so they come back again.
You'll work directly with our CEO to shape an income strategy built on trusts, grants and statutory funds, with real scope to make your mark from day one.
It's an ideal fit if you're an experienced freelance or part-time fundraiser looking for a role with genuine autonomy and immediate impact.
