We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Legacy and In Memory Marketing Team. The Marketing Executive will sit within the Legacy Conversion team, working across direct mailings, legacy journeys and other warm supporter activity.
As a Marketing Executive in the Legacy and In Memory Giving Marketing Team, you'll specialise in the planning and delivery of campaigns, developing supporter engagement and specific onward journeys to encourage emotional connections and future legacy giving. This team supports the RNLI by raising funds through gifts left to our charity in Wills and in memory giving. This is an important time for the RNLI’s Legacy and In Memory fundraising team. With 6 out of 10 lifeboat launches funded by legacies, this will be a key area of focus for the charity going forwards.
Your role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:
- Supporting Marketing Managers to deliver marketing campaigns, projects, and other fundraising activity.
- Campaign planning, briefing and administration on a range of channels, from print to digital.
- Supporting on campaign delivery and briefing our in-house creative and digital teams.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, volunteers and agencies.
- Understanding and interpreting data to help inform and develop marketing activities.
- Managing purchase orders and timely goods receipting invoices.
About you
You’ll be an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns and fundraising activity across legacy giving.
To be considered for the role of our new Marketing Executive, you will need:
- Experience in planning and managing fundraising/marketing campaigns.
- To be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team but also with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to stakeholders.
- Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
- An understanding of legacy fundraising (desirable).

1. Brief job description
Role: Communications and Marketing Lead

2. About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, innovative and proactive Communications and Marketing Lead to drive forward Save the Rhino’s communications across all touch points, delivering our ambitious five-year strategy. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this role is key to shaping our public voice, strengthening our organisation’s brand and driving greater awareness and engagement with rhino conservation.
This is a broad and influential role for an experienced communications and marketing professional to amplify our core conservation messaging alongside our fundraising campaigns. You will bring clear tactical vision and a deep understanding of how targeted communications can advance organisational reputation, support conservation goals and engage diverse audiences.
You’ll oversee all aspects of external communications including messaging, media, PR, digital, campaigns and brand. Job Purpose
This role is a senior leadership team member and strategic lead for all corporate and consumer communications, member business engagement and marketing.
The relationship with our business community is essential to the success of The Fitzrovia Partnership (TFP) and the delivery of the organisation’s vision and it is a key part of our strategy to ensure that businesses are aware of us and the services and projects we deliver. Role purpose
This is a new role, where the director will bring together the work of the Advocacy and the Communications teams to lead JCWI's campaigns. The Director leads JCWI’s campaigns and community organising; policy and parliamentary advocacy; working in alignment with directly impacted communities and partners within and beyond the migration sector. The Director builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensures the organisation’s collective expertise influences political debates and the public narrative on migrants’ rights and racial justice.
The role provides strategic leadership for JCWI’s campaigns to drive forward positive change for migrant rights in an increasingly hostile political climate, and supports a wide range of work building campaigns, coalitions and networks to advance migrant justice, ensuring that JCWI is a generous and collaborative partner, working in solidarity with all groups, including grassroots and community groups, unions, faith groups and NGOs.

Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. You will lead a team of ten to deliver the vision for our Philanthropy Fund within Stewardship’s corporate strategy, lead and grow our Donor Advisory Board service, cultivate deep client relationships and expand our reach across philanthropy networks. Driving income growth, providing data-led insights as well as representing Stewardship at key events.
You'll need to be an empathetic leader, able to work strategically and collaboratively across teams. A strong communicator with a passion for innovation and client relationships who is motivated by seeing lives transformed through Christian generosity.
This is a 12 month, maternity cover role.

As a member of the Direct & Digital Marketing Squad, you would be responsible for the delivery of fundraising appeals and supporter engagement activity,to show our supporters the impact of their support and give them the opportunity to become even more engaged in Tearfund's mission.
We are particularly looking for a fundraiser with a passion for direct marketing, who has experience in delivering multi-channel individual giving and supporter engagement campaigns. We are especially keen to hear from those who are experienced in both print and digital direct marketing.
Do you have the following experience?
- Planning and delivering direct marketing fundraising or individual giving campaigns, such as direct mail appeals.
- Planning and delivering multi-channel supporter engagement campaigns to a range of audiences
- Working across print, direct mail and digital channels to deliver campaigns
- Project managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns, with a test and learn mentality
- Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including creative agencies
Do you have the following skills?
- Ability to see through activity from start to finish
- A flexible approach to your work, showing agility to adapt and make changes if required
- Ability to influence and work alongside senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, and desire to drive forward new ways of doing things, with a test and learn mentality.

Hybrid Working: This role offers hybrid working. You'll work from Tearfund's Teddington office and from home, as agreed with your line manager.
This a full time role 35 hours per week, flexible working patterns may be considered.
