This role works with our music industry specialists to develop and deliver new activity across our portfolio of sector-leading live events, campaigns and activations supported by the UK music industry. Job purpose:

The post holder will support the Digital Content Manager in implementing the Association’s digital strategy. They will create web content that is user focused, accessible and optimised for search engines. They will maintain a content schedule, coordinating activities across the organisation and will build relationships with a variety of subject matter experts. They will support the Digital Content Manager in managing the Association’s digital channels.

The postholder will play a key role in supporting the management of the Association’s digital campaigns and tracking and reporting on digital campaigns to guide improvements. They will create and edit digital designs for use on web, social media and email platforms and be responsible for working with colleagues across the Association to provide digital insight and training.

This role is based at our head office at 21 Portland Place, London. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital

• Support the Digital Content Manager to review, develop and update the Association’s current website, and take a key role in the project to work on development of a new website.
• Support the management of the online community forum.
• Support the management of the Association app and any additional projects undertaken to further develop it.
• Act as a contact point with support agencies to swiftly resolve issues and to follow up developments.

Communications and social media

• Write and collate (including copyediting and proofreading where necessary) high quality, engaging content in line with agreed content priorities.
• Ensure content follows the Association’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and style guide.
• Work with colleagues to prepare, send and report on email campaigns on their behalf.
• Manage the Association’s social media presence, with the aim of reaching an increasingly broad audience.
• Create and edit digital designs for use on web, social media and email platforms, including filming and editing simple videos.
• Coordinate a digital content schedule across all channels for the organisation.
• Keep abreast of the latest innovations in digital communications and make suggestions for new ways of promoting the Association work and messages online.

• Proven experience in a digital communications role 
• Proven experience of using website content management systems (working knowledge of the DNN platform is desirable), including writing, preparing and uploading content, maintaining the backend and working with developers to develop functionality and solve technical issues
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Lead Digital Marketing Manger to help create, execute, optimise our email marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion.

The Role: 
•    You’ll plan and deliver the email marketing strategy and schedule.
•    You’ll advise and lead on best practice regarding HTML, new technologies, trends and GDPR.
•    You’ll create and produce effective campaigns with a view of improving email marketing KPI’s.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join our Business Development & Commissioning Team as our new Business Development Marketing Officer. The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Community Rehabilitation Service. We are the largest centre commissioned by NHS England for Category A neurorehabilitation.

The team plays a pivotal role in generating and overseeing referrals for our frontline services whilst managing all children and young people placement-related activity. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Business Development Marketing Manager to drive referral generating activity through both business development and marketing activity. This may include direct mail and advertising campaigns, both on and offline, through to organising and attending events, both those hosted by other organisations and our own. About the Role

The Interim Head of Communications and Marketing will lead the operational planning, management and development of the College’s communications and marketing functions.

The role will ensure that the College’s marketing and communications activity has clear objectives, is based on audience insight and is evaluated against defined metrics.

This new role of Fundraising Manager at Caring in Bristol is vital to the development of unrestricted income.  As a charity we rely on the generosity of the communities of Bristol, from individuals to businesses, community organisations to educational facilities.  The postholder will create and deliver innovative fundraising campaigns and supporter communications that engage and inspire supporters, maximise donor retention, and increase lifetime value. 

The role will be responsible for the growth of income from Individual Donors and Major Donors, and oversee Community and Corporate income.  Working with the Head of Fundraising you will also scope out and help to implement potential new income generation opportunities.

Individual Giving  

You will help shape and take ownership of implementing our individual giving strategy in line with organisational fundraising goals, creating and delivering individual giving appeals, designing and optimising donor journeys, and ensuring all supporter communications are engaging and effective. By leveraging an analytical approach to data segmentation, you will deliver highly targeted and relevant donor experiences. 

The role will lead on our use of our CRM system (Donorfy) ensuring supporter’s data is collected effectively and used in compliance with data protection legislation. You will champion the use of Donorfy, making sure it is being used to its full potential. 

With this data you will manage segmentation, using a targeted approach to ensure we optimise the return on investment of our appeals and fundraising activities. 

Additionally, you will manage our Gift Aid process to ensure both compliance and maximised income and oversee meaningful engagement with individual givers - ensuring all supporters are acknowledged in a timely, personalised manner and provided with tailored marketing materials at key intervals. 

Major Donors  

A key aspect of the role is designing and executing effective cultivation and stewardship plans for both current and prospective major donors, ensuring relationships are nurtured over time. You will also work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board members, mobilising their involvement to foster and strengthen connections with our most significant supporters. 

You will develop and deliver tailored fundraising campaigns for major donors, manage and update the major donor database, and conduct thorough research to identify new prospects, preparing insightful briefing notes and supporting materials. 

Line Management and Reporting  

You will line-manage, support and develop the Corporate & Community Coordinator and Fundraising Assistant, providing effective leadership in the development of our proposition to organisations and supporters.

In this vital role, you will lead the development and delivery of the charity's cash giving programme, including two key postal campaigns and segmented e-newsletters designed to enhance supporter engagement and retention. You will focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships with donors-boosting lifetime value through reactivation, cross-sell opportunities, and uplift strategies. You will also play a central role in a major new acquisition programme, working alongside the Director of Fundraising to recruit around 4,000 new regular givers through private site face-to-face fundraising. Additionally, you'll take the lead on the marketing and stewardship of the in-memory giving programme, ensuring a sensitive and impactful supporter journey.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Experience of working in individual giving in a charity including some experience of acquisition campaigns.
• Some experience of having worked on legacy marketing or collaborated with legacy marketing colleagues
• Familiarity with developing stewardship approaches and supporter journeys that maximise supporter loyalty
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent written skills including strong copy writing
