About the role

As Deputy Director of Campaigns, you will provide senior leadership across campaigns, policy and advocacy and our partnership teams ensuring Global Witness delivers impactful campaigns aligned with our long‑term organisational strategy.

Working in close partnership with the Director of Campaigns, you will help shape priorities across teams to ensure we maximise impact.

You will play a central role in embedding learning, innovation, and collaboration across campaign teams, and in ensuring that Global Witness remains adaptive and effective in a complex and evolving external environment.

This role is suited to an experienced, values driven strategic leader with a strong track record of delivering investigative, advocacy, or campaigning work at scale.

About Under One Sky & The Lighthouse

Under One Sky works alongside people experiencing homelessness to provide practical support, human connection, and pathways toward greater stability. 

Lighthouse creates the conditions for people who have experienced homelessness to move beyond survival and begin rebuilding their lives. Over twelve weeks, small cohorts come together in a consistent, supportive space where confidence grows, relationships are rebuilt, and people reconnect with their sense of direction and possibility.

Through outreach, partnership working, and volunteer-led programmes, we aim to create spaces where people are treated with dignity, trust, and consistency.

The role

The Programme Manager leads the operational delivery of Lighthouse, ensuring the programme runs safely, reliably, and to a consistently high standard across the programme week. This role sits at the centre of the work - creating the conditions that allow Lighthouse to function with both structure and humanity.

Lighthouse operates in a dynamic environment where participant needs, operational demands, and volunteer teams intersect daily. You will bring clarity and calm to that complexity, maintaining strong systems and organisation while responding thoughtfully and decisively to what emerges in real time.

You will take ownership of the systems, planning, and operational coordination that underpin delivery. This includes overseeing key sessions, ensuring volunteers are well supported, and maintaining a physical space that is safe, welcoming, and well run. Your role is to make sure Lighthouse works - consistently, reliably, and with care.

You will also play a central role in shaping how Lighthouse develops over time. By observing how delivery works in practice, you will identify what can be strengthened and translate this into practical improvements. This requires sound judgement, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things well.

You will work closely with the Engagement Manager to ensure Lighthouse remains both operationally strong and deeply responsive to the people it serves.

Key responsibilities

Operational leadership

• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the Lighthouse 
• Plan and coordinate the weekly programme schedule, ensuring delivery is reliable and consistent
• Ensure sessions are well staffed and supported by volunteers and team members
• Provide operational leadership during high-demand sessions
• Respond calmly and effectively to challenges if they arise

Programme systems and coordination

• Develop and maintain systems that support consistent high-quality delivery
• Coordinate logistics including spaces, equipment, supplies, and delivery resources
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost oversight
• Maintain clear and consistently applied operational processes 

Space and facilities management

• Ensure the Lighthouse space is safe, organised, and ready for delivery
• Oversee opening and closing procedures 
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of delivery areas, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain a welcoming, well-structured environment for participants, volunteers, and staff
• Liaise with venue partners or building managers where required

Volunteer coordination

• Coordinate volunteer scheduling and session rotas across the programme week
• Ensure sessions are appropriately supported by volunteers
• Maintain clear and timely communication with volunteers 

Programme monitoring

• Ensure delivery data is recorded accurately and consistently
• Maintain operational records to support reporting and learning
• Support monitoring of delivery against agreed objectives and metrics

Programme development and operational improvement

• Monitor how Lighthouse operates in practice and identify opportunities to strengthen delivery
• Translate learning from day-to-day delivery into practical adjustments to programme design, scheduling, and systems
• Work with the Engagement Manager and the Co-Leads to implement improvements
• Ensure changes are communicated clearly and embedded across volunteers and teams

Operational partnerships

• Coordinate practical relationships with venues, delivery partners, and collaborators
• Manage operational arrangements for Lighthouse sessions
• Ensure partnerships support reliable and well-organised programme delivery

Requirements

About you

This role requires someone who is organised, decisive, and comfortable taking responsibility in a complex delivery environment.

You will be able to maintain structure and clarity even when situations change quickly. You will bring a calm and practical approach to problem-solving and be confident supporting volunteers and teams during live programme delivery.

You will likely bring:

Working pattern

Lighthouse operates primarily between 8:00am and 8:00pm, with occasional evening events. Programme delivery is supported by a team of volunteers.

The two Managers coordinate their working schedules to ensure presence during key delivery periods across the programme week.

Working patterns are flexible and planned collaboratively to support delivery while maintaining sustainable workloads.

Lighthouse Management Structure

Lighthouse is delivered through a shared model, with two Managers working together to ensure the programme remains a safe, consistent, and dignified space for people experiencing homelessness.

Delivering this well requires both strong programme organisation and careful, trauma-informed engagement with participants.

The two Managers hold complementary responsibilities that ensure Lighthouse is both well-run and deeply responsive to the people it serves. While each role leads on specific areas of the programme, they work closely together to maintain consistent standards, clear communication, and a reliable experience for participants.

Joint responsibilities

Together the Managers ensure that Lighthouse operates with consistency, safety and care:

• Participants experience Lighthouse as a safe and welcoming space where they are treated with dignity and respect.

• Delivery remains trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in Under One Sky’s values of presence, trust, and follow-through.

• Lighthouse sessions are appropriately staffed, with volunteers and team members supported to deliver confidently and reliably.

• Safeguarding is embedded into day-to-day delivery, with clear processes for responding to disclosures, incidents, risk, and vulnerability.

• Participant needs, concerns, and wellbeing are recognised early and responded to appropriately.

• Volunteers and staff are supported to hold clear boundaries while maintaining compassion and respect.

• Communication and follow-through are strong so participants do not experience gaps, confusion, or inconsistent responses.

• Lighthouse maintains a high standard of care, professionalism, and stability across the programme week.

Culture and approach

The Managers help shape the tone of Lighthouse through calm, grounded leadership and consistent presence within the programme.

They help ensure Lighthouse remains a place where participants feel:

They create the conditions for volunteers and staff to provide meaningful support while ensuring Lighthouse remains structured, accountable, and deeply human.

Location:  Hybrid working - Part London office-based (E14) and part home working. The post holder will work a minimum of one day a week in the office. 

Salary: £45,575 per annum

Role Summary

As a Senior Partnerships Manager at upReach, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the growth, quality, and impact of our partnerships at upReach.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships within the Income Generation and External Engagement team, you will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of high-value partnerships (5, 6, and 7-figure) within the Tech and STEM sectors, alongside building crucial new partnerships in the sector. Moreover, you will have responsibility for delegated projects that strengthen our partnership strategy and visibility, you will line-manage members of the partnerships team, providing coaching, direction, and support to ensure the team consistently delivers high standards of stewardship, innovation, and income generation.

You’ll act as a senior representative of upReach, cultivating relationships with high-level external stakeholders, championing collaboration across internal teams and identifying new opportunities to raise the visibility and influence of upReach to help drive our mission.

Core Responsibilities

You will play a critical leadership role in advancing upReach’s mission by shaping and scaling high-impact, income-generating partnerships with top employers committed to social mobility. You will lead on delegated strategy projects, mentor and manage members of the partnerships team, and play a key role in upReach’s organisational growth and influence.

Your work will directly support the charity’s strategic partnership priorities: driving sustainable income growth, enhancing partnership impact, and increasing our brand visibility. This role offers scope to lead complex partnerships, influence internal strategy, and champion innovation in partnership delivery. While not exhaustive, your key areas of responsibility include:

Leadership of Employer Partnerships

• Lead the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of high-value, multi-year partnerships in Tech and STEM, ensuring strong alignment with upReach’s mission and priorities.

• Oversee the quality and consistency of partnership engagement across the team, including partnership health reviews, ensuring best-in-class stewardship and measurable partner outcomes aligned with the Partnerships team's OKRs.

• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, co-create new initiatives, and embed partners in long-term collaboration with upReach.

• Working closely with upReach’s Programme teams to ensure partnerships and programmes are delivered to a high standard.

Develop and Secure New Partnerships

• Proactively identify, cultivate, and convert a pipeline of four-seven figure prospective partnerships aligned with upReach’s mission and strategic goals.

• Lead high-quality prospecting and relationship-building activity, targeting income-generating partnerships that also deliver high-impact opportunities for Associates.

• Build strong relationships with key contacts at potential partners, including senior stakeholders within your sectors, through regular in-person and virtual meetings.

• Deliver compelling, insight-driven proposals and presentations tailored to organisational priorities and demonstrating mutual value.

Strategic Development

• Support the Head of Partnerships in setting partnership strategy and income targets, and contribute to organisational planning and forecasting.

• Develop relationships with senior external stakeholders, including executive sponsors, industry leaders, and cross-sector collaborators.

• Serve as an ambassador for upReach’s mission, promoting our partnership approach and outcomes to new and existing audiences.

• Use insight from partner feedback to inform organisational strategy and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation

• Collaborate with Programme, Finance, Marketing, and Impact teams to ensure partnership activities are well-integrated, efficient, and mission-aligned.

• Support the continuous improvement of internal systems (CRM, contracting, invoicing, and reporting) to enable effective delivery and forecasting.

• Partner with Marketing & Communications to design and deliver strategic campaigns, thought leadership, and storytelling that elevate upReach’s employer partnerships nationally.

About the Role

Last year Smart Works Leeds hit an important milestone when they supported over 1000 women with their coaching and dressing service. Over the next 12 months and beyond, there are plans to grow the service even further and ensure that all unemployed women located in Yorkshire are aware of the transformative service available to them at Smart Works.

The Fundraising and Partnership Lead will focus on the corporate and stakeholder partnership fundraising activity, supporting the Head of Fundraising to generate a six‑figure annual income portfolio. The role involves identifying, approaching and converting new corporate prospects into engaged funding partners aligned with the charity’s cause and objectives.

They will work with the Fundraising team and the Board of Trustees to deliver the fundraising strategy, activity plan and support the organisation’s long‑term sustainability.

The Partnership Development Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK prides itself on delivering sector-leading partnerships. We are a friendly, collaborative, and ambitious team driven by our goal to fund vital dementia research and ultimately find a cure for dementia. 

Our Partnership Development Officer is responsible for establishing and managing some of our corporate partnerships under the guidance of the Partnership Development Manager (PDM). This role will hold and develop strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders within some of our highest-level corporate donors.

You’ll have some experience in relationship management and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and an organised approach to a busy and varied workload. These skills will have been developed in either a charity or corporate role.

The Partnership Development Team sits within the Corporate Fundraising function, which is part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate. We collaborate closely with all teams across the charity, so communication, collaboration, and strong relationship skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the PDM, hold responsibility for the account management for our corporate supporters. Acting as the day-to-day contact point for the company and its staff, overseeing all partnership activity, and ensuring the highest standard of supporter care at all times.

· Work closely with the PDM to implement new partnership set-ups, create and execute partnership engagement and fundraising calendars and reporting methods.

· Respond promptly and professionally to your accounts, ensuring high-level customer service is maintained from across the charity.

· With the support of the PDM, create and support Partner Charity Committees and Ambassador networks.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team.

· Effectively communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.

· Offer extensive, creative fundraising ideas to support partner companies, using support from the PDM and the wider Partnership Development Team.

· Assist with the organisation of innovative, engaging corporate fundraising events and attend events where relevant.

· Ensure partnership activity follows policies, procedures and regulations; and that each partnership follows the legal and accounting rules ARUK has in place.

· Ensure effective management of all partnership activity, clearly communicating progress.

· Support the PDM to identify and pursue opportunities to broaden and lengthen relationships, creating multifaceted partnerships.

· Together with the PDM, work closely with the communications team to create clear partnership communication plans and ensure corporate fundraising press opportunities are maximised and the impact is communicated clearly to the partner company.

· Achieve agreed financial and non-financial targets, to include partnership income and stewardship goals. Monitor and track quarterly changes against financial goals and ensure this is effectively communicated both externally and internally to inform quarterly re-forecasts.

· Work proactively with employees at all levels within the companies you are supporting to maximise potential income.

Support the PDM and Senior Partnership Development Manager (SPDM) in executing the corporate fundraising strategy for ARUK, to increase the team’s income.
 

· Work with the PDM to ensure that the most appropriate use is made of internal and external contacts to support the work of ARUK, identifying networking, influencing and engagement opportunities.

· Ensure the operational delivery of the Partnership Development Team’s strategy through your partnerships.

· Ensure new business prospects within partnerships are identified and passed to the New Business Team.

· Undertake project work as requested by the PDM to increase engagement with ARUK from within our corporate partners and develop Alzheimer’s Research UK’s offering to our partners. 

· Share any learnings with the team.​

Represent the charity professionally in a high-level corporate context
 

· When representing the charity externally, influence and engage external contacts at all levels to maximise corporate fundraising potential.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments within the dementia research field.

· Communicate confidently about the research we are funding and dementia/ARUK more broadly. Including presenting to large audiences.

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

· Building and maintaining high-level relationships through networking and influence both internally and externally. 

· Confidence working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

· Ability to ensure effective reporting with partnerships when tracking charity income via various sources, including our CRM system.

· Ability to execute projects from beginning to end under the guidance of a line manager.

· Experience in tracking income and identifying any risks or upside in target attainment.

· Good account management and relationship management skills in either a charity or corporate role; transferable sales or marketing skills also relevant.

· Effective planning, prioritisation and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to corporate audiences.

· You work well as part of a team but are proactive and can work independently.

· A confident and friendly manner; would feel at ease representing the charity to high-level external contacts.

· Willingness and ability to travel independently in the UK and to work outside of regular office hours when needed.

As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals.  This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Purpose of role

As the Program Manager, Media and Communications, you will support the Program Director on the design, development and implementation of communication strategies and plans to advance Humane World for Animals UK’s strategic priorities with regard to campaigns, brand-building and fundraising. You will lead on producing and delivering a content strategy for a broad range of channels to increase audience engagement. The position will support campaigns and fundraising stewardship and give strategic advice regarding social media market insights and trends in the UK digital sphere and emerging channels. This will be vital to achieve successful brand building in the UK market through impactful storytelling, campaign activations, fundraising recruitment and stewardship through compelling content on the earned channels and holistic management of thematic work.

Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and initiative-taking fundraiser to help shape the organisation’s future by developing new income streams and leading our anniversary campaign, Lightbox20.

You will take ownership of the campaign activity across the organisation - developing strategy, building relationships with donors and partners, and delivering income to agreed targets. Key priorities are developing and delivering the Big Give campaign this year, capital fundraising for the garden and our 20th anniversary Lightbox 20.

About Woman's Trust

The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.

Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awarenessraising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.

About the role

As Fundraising Manager, you will support income generation for Woman’s Trust, led by the Head of Fundraising (HOF). You will focus on securing five figure grants, corporate donations and community/public donations, and support the increase of or ganisational income from £1.2m to £3m in the next 3 years.

You will effectively communicate our services and campaign aims and develop funder partnerships and relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. You will manage and deliver the whole cycle of trusts and foundations, corporate and community/public income generation, including regular prospecting, producing impactful funder reports and maintaining our CRM system.

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

Contract: Permanent.
