You will plan and deliver two major annual appeals, grow our monthly donor programme, and create compelling communications that deepen supporter engagement and reflect the integrity of our work with young people.

More about the role: As Campaigns & Communications Manager you will plan, coordinate and deliver campaigns that engage supporters and drive income. You will develop email journeys, digital content and supporter pathways that grow our monthly donor programme into a sustainable income stream. Alongside this, you will lead the creation of high-quality fundraising communications - from donor updates and impact stories to campaign collateral and web content - ensuring all storytelling is ethical, warm and true to who we are.
Location : Jamie's Farm Bath (HQ) preferred but other Jamie’s Farm locations considered (London, Lewes, Hereford, Monmouth, Skipton)
About you: We are looking for someone with proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive income - whether through fundraising appeals, matched funding campaigns, or other income-generating programmes. You will also have experience growing an individual giving, monthly donor or membership programme. You will be an exceptional copywriter, able to communicate impact with clarity and warmth, and understand the importance of representing young people responsibly and with dignity.
A confident project manager, you are highly organised and able to juggle multiple deadlines, coordinate stakeholders and keep campaigns on track. You are comfortable using data and insight to optimise performance, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
This role could suit someone with broader marketing and communications experience including income generating campaigns, who is interested in applying their skills in a fundraising/nonprofit context.

MAIN PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Manager to lead and grow a diverse income portfolio across multiple fundraising disciplines.
This is a leadership role responsible for contributing to and delivering a national fundraising strategy aligned to Brainkind’s organisational priorities, financial sustainability goals, and growth ambitions.
The postholder will manage and develop a small fundraising team, embed high-performance standards, and drive income generation across statutory trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, events, and individual giving.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Contribute to, develop and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy to achieve sustainable income growth.
- Set and manage annual income targets exceeding £500k to £1m.
- Identify new income streams aligned to Brainkind’s service model and expansion priorities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align fundraising with operational and strategic objectives.
Income Generation (All Disciplines)
Lead and oversee income generation across:
- Trusts & Foundations – Develop compelling proposals for health, social care and rehabilitation funding.
- Corporate Partnerships – Secure and manage mutually beneficial local partnerships.
- Community & Events Fundraising – Grow supporter-led activity nationally.
- Individual Giving & Digital Campaigns – Strengthen acquisition, retention and legacy programmes.
- Statutory & Health Sector Funding (where applicable outside commissioned services).
Team Management
- Line manage, coach and develop a small fundraising team.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Set KPIs and ensure strong pipeline management and reporting.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Act as an ambassador for Brainkind externally.
- Build strong internal relationships with operations, clinical teams, finance, and communications to gather impact data and case studies.
- Work closely with marketing/communications to strengthen brand-led fundraising campaigns.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practice (e.g. Fundraising Regulator, GDPR).
- Monitor ROI and cost-effectiveness across fundraising activities.
ABOUT YOU:
- Knowledge of a broad range of fundraising and charity sector activities.
- Knowledge of legal obligations for fundraising activities and all internal procedures and regulations and adherence to best practices, as defined by the organisation and Institute of Fundraising Code of Practice & Fundraising Regulator
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding fundraising income targets at £500k+ level (or comparable scale).
- Experience in managing successful campaigns, both digitally and within the community.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and manager performance pipelines.
- Be able to research, identify and build on opportunities for fundraising initiatives.

Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and alongside the Strategic Partnerships and Trusts teams, you will be responsible for setting clear plans, developing effective fundraising approaches, and ensuring strong systems, processes and supporter experiences are in place to drive sustainable income growth.
You will lead the delivery and development of community fundraising, challenge events, individual giving through community activity, and in-memory fundraising. - Line-manage and support the Fundraising Officer and Supporter Engagement Assistant, providing clear direction, coaching and development.

1. Capital Fundraising Leadership
- Develop and deliver capital fundraising strategies to support major infrastructure and service development projects.

- Lead face-to-face solicitations and gift negotiations.

3. Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships
- Develop and implement a corporate fundraising strategy aligned to Brainkind’s mission and values.
- Secure new corporate partnerships including strategic, multi-year, and employee engagement partnerships.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities linked to capital projects, events, and services.
- Manage key account relationships and ensure high-quality reporting and impact demonstration.
- Explore cause-related marketing and CSR partnership opportunities.
4. Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to the overall fundraising strategy and annual income planning.
- Collaborate with communications and service teams to develop impactful donor materials.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Maintain compliance with fundraising regulation and best practice
- To undertake any other duties as may from time to time be specified by Brainkind that is within the level and responsibility appropriate to the grade of post.

Role Overview:
As a Charity Fundraiser with Social Media and Digital Marketing experience, you will play a pivotal role in raising awareness and funds for our cause. Key Responsibilities:
Although mostly working autonomously, you will be working with, and representing SCUK on the international Marketing and Communications Advisory Group to ensure a cohesive approach (the Communications and fund raising teams from the various Stephen’s Children entities in other nations):
- Fundraising Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with the charity’s mission and goals.
- Manage and grow fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and digital channels, as well as occasionally organising and attending fund raising events.
- Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and corporate CSR partners to grow the charity’s financial support base.
- Organize and manage online and occasional in person fundraising events, appeals, and virtual initiatives.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.) to promote fundraising efforts, events, and the charity's mission.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.

- Donor Relationship Management:

ROLE OVERVIEW
From honing our campaign strategy to sparking collaborations with external organisations and delivering creative and engaging content, you’ll be a key player in shaping how RLSS UK and our work are seen by the public and partners.
You will lead the development and delivery of impactful, insight-driven campaigns that increase public awareness of both RLSS UK and the importance of water safety, share the skills and knowledge needed to prevent drowning, and engage and educate diverse audiences to amplify RLSS UK’s mission. Working closely with colleagues across marketing and communications, policy and public affairs, education, and membership, you will create compelling campaigns that inspire action, strengthen our brand presence, and educate.
You will collaborate with partners, members, stakeholders, supporters, and media outlets to ensure RLSS UK remains a trusted national voice in water safety. Through strategic storytelling, public mobilisation, and cross-channel campaign delivery, your work will help influence behaviours, shape understanding, and ultimately reduce accidental drownings.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Leadership
- Lead, develop, and deliver RLSS UK’s major national public campaigns, including:
- Drowning Prevention Week

- Project manage the end-to-end‑ delivery of multichannel campaigns (digital, print, PR, in-person events,‑ and partner channels).
- Ensure all campaigns are insight-led, supported by relevant data and evidence, designed to be inclusive and accessible, and effectively reach audiences at higher risk of drowning.
- Support public-facing communications for policy and public affairs, including web, email, and social channels.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, confident individual who is excited working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and passionate about addressing homelessness and empowering communities in and across Greater Manchester.
You will play a crucial role in growing the Live Well Communities Fund. This will include building relationships to identify and maximise funding opportunities, working with our Communications and Content Executive and the Live Well Communities Fund partner organisations to share learnings and impact from funded activities, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of this project alongside our Office Lead.
You will be comfortable working flexibly within a small team, as well as engaging and networking with people and organisations across the public, private and VCFSE sector. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be committed to our vision: a Greater Manchester where everyone has a safe, secure and genuinely affordable place to call home, and is able to flourish and thrive in a strong, resilient community.

About the role
As Deputy Director of Campaigns, you will provide senior leadership across campaigns, policy and advocacy and our partnership teams ensuring Global Witness delivers impactful campaigns aligned with our long‑term organisational strategy.
Working in close partnership with the Director of Campaigns, you will help shape priorities across teams to ensure we maximise impact.
You will play a central role in embedding learning, innovation, and collaboration across campaign teams, and in ensuring that Global Witness remains adaptive and effective in a complex and evolving external environment.
About you
This role is suited to an experienced, values driven strategic leader with a strong track record of delivering investigative, advocacy, or campaigning work at scale.
You bring strategic insight, sound judgement and the ability to lead complex projects in fast‑changing environments, balancing ambition with rigour and care.

About Breaking the Cycle
Breaking the Cycle is an innovative access-to-banking programme led by Shelter, designed to help people with no fixed address take a vital step out of homelessness by gaining access to basic banking services. Delivered in partnership with HSBC UK and a nationwide network of charities and local organisations, the programme supports vulnerable individuals—including those experiencing rough sleeping, seeking asylum, or escaping domestic abuse—to become financially included. Recognised by HM Treasury as a key initiative within its 2025 Financial Inclusion Strategy, Breaking the Cycle is now expanding through a 12-month pilot with five major high street banks, alongside UK Finance, representing over 300 firms across the sector.
About the role
The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead and shape the expansion of the Breaking the Cycle programme at Shelter, providing strategic direction and overseeing relationships with key financial institutions including HSBC UK, Barclays, Santander UK, Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest Group. Responsible for delivering a high-profile expansion pilot in collaboration with UK Finance and HM Treasury, the role combines senior stakeholder management with programme leadership—driving growth, managing risk, and ensuring strong governance and safeguarding.
Leading a team of Partnership Executives, the postholder will oversee onboarding of new partners, refine processes, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure effective delivery across a diverse charity network. They will also play a key role in promoting the programme through campaigns and external engagement, while delivering robust reporting, identifying future growth opportunities—including digital expansion—and securing long-term investment and impact.
About you
We’re looking for a confident and collaborative professional with proven experience managing complex, multi-partner programmes or projects across diverse organisations. You’ll bring a strong understanding of financial inclusion or similar initiatives, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders—from senior leaders to frontline delivery teams.
Comfortable presenting both in-person and online, you’ll also have experience chairing steering groups and driving alignment across partners. You’ll be a team player who works effectively with internal colleagues to deliver wider organisational goals, and you’ll be confident using a range of IT tools, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems, to manage, track and communicate impact.
