Prospect Research Manager
We are seeking an accomplished and committed person to join us in the role of Prospect Research Manager.
Based in the University of Oxford’s Development and Alumni Engagement department, the Prospect Research Team drives the ambitious fundraising activities of the University. It does this in a number of ways, and the major focus of this role is on the team’s work in carrying out due diligence research as part of the University’s donations acceptance process.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Prospect Research and working alongside two other Prospect Research Managers in a wider team, the postholder will play a key role in overseeing our crucial work in this area. The role also offers the opportunity of line management responsibilities.
This is an opportunity to develop your career in the context of a busy, capable and friendly team, which also works on identifying new potential donors, and providing insights to build relationships with our supporters. We support a diverse set of fundraising priorities, on themes ranging from innovative medical and scientific advances, to widening access to our University, to supporting world-class museums.

As Senior Supporter Experience Manager, the successful applicant will develop and take ownership of Age UK's Public Fundraising's over-arching supporter experience strategy by managing a programme that builds long-term relationships between Age UK and its supporters, delivering on a supporter first culture.

Who we are looking for
Volunteering is a growing area at JDRF with huge potential to connect with people who want to give their time to support the work we do by sharing their lived experience, their enthusiasm or their core skills. You will work with teams across JDRF to recruit, retain and steward our amazing volunteers as they support the work JDRF delivers for people living with type 1 diabetes. Promoting the benefits of working with volunteers and ensuring that all teams within JDRF consider the impact volunteers can bring to our work.
You will lead on our volunteer programmes, the Insight and Experience Panel and Youth Ambassadors Programme. Ensuring volunteers receive excellent stewardship alongside delivering to the needs of JDRF. Reviewing and evaluating the programmes alongside agreed KPI’s alongside the administration of these programmes.
You will ensure there is a portfolio of volunteer opportunities that support organisational need and match volunteer motivations and that we review and evaluate the success of opportunities available.
As the first point of contact for volunteer queries, you must be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing. You should be as happy to pick up the phone as you are to write out an email and be able to judge what type of communication works best in different instances.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all information relating to volunteering is recorded on our database. And that the data is used to help support decisions made within the department.

Main Responsibilities

· Work with the company’s Executive Team to cultivate new supporters and strategic delivery partners with which to develop and grow the company’s work both within the UK and Internationally
· Work with the company’s Community Programme Manager to cultivate new opportunities for support

This role will join a small and dedicated Corporate Partnerships team, responsible for delivering a seven figure income budget annually.
The role will be pivotal in the continued growth of Corporate Partnerships at Women for Women International. Overall purpose:
As Fundraising and Campaigns Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications team, you will drive Ben’s fundraising and commercial services with individuals and businesses within the automotive industry. The Public Affairs and Policy Manager will play a crucial role in helping to determine and shape TMs policy goals and how best to achieve them. As the result of an internal secondment, we’re looking for a fundraising professional to join our team during an exciting time as we develop our new strategy, bringing new opportunities for our important work in Scotland.
As Fundraising & Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for all fundraising from trusts, foundations, statutory sources, as well as major donors, and supporting UK legacy strategy in Scotland.
We will look to you to increase income support for our work from Scottish sources. You’ll develop and deliver our fundraising strategy across multiple sources, including coordinating the development and management of key relationships and opportunities with major donors, charitable trusts, and partnerships. Collaborating with colleagues, you’ll plan and implement funding-related public, corporate and internal communications strategies. In addition to maintaining relationships with existing partners, you will proactively research and pursue new funding opportunities. You will also network in the fundraising, environmental and wider third sectors to maximise opportunities for growing support. It will also be important to keep up to date on good practice, legal and ethical compliance, sector debates and monitor effectiveness.
To help build back nature, we’re looking for someone with a background in charity fundraising, including partnership management. You will have a track record of writing successful funding applications and meeting financial targets. Good at building relationships, you will be used to developing and delivering complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will also possess experience of leading on the development and delivery of fundraising-related communications, including compelling proposal and impact report writing. Naturally, you will have a strong understanding of the fundraising landscape in Scotland. In addition, you will be highly organised and possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

The Middlesbrough Programme on Gendered Poverty is an exciting collaborative programme bringing together Buttle UK, the Smallwood Trust and Turn2us to test whether a co-produced & collaborative approach to grant-making can transform the lives of women and their children.
The programme aims to:
- Shift power to people worst impacted by gendered poverty and work to end gendered poverty
- Develop the programme using co-production techniques so that the voices and experiences of the women and their children, who face issues created by gendered poverty, inform and shape the programme
- Deliver the programme with and to communities of the most marginalised women and their children
- Apply an evidence-based approach to our work and programme design
- Use grants as a primary response and tool, effectively and efficiently
- Learn as we go and work to understand how intersections of inequality impact on our grant making
- Identify opportunities to influence other grant makers and policies to support wider system change.
We are seeking an energetic, organised and passionate Programme Manager who will work with us to take this programme to the next level. We want this project to be led and informed by the women affected by gendered poverty because we know it will help us have a greater impact and shift power.
The Programme Manager sits with Turn2us’ Local Programmes Team alongside two other programmes working with communities to achieve financial security for all.
We offer flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours and remote working, however regular in person work in Middlesbrough and London will be required.

The digital team at Breast Cancer Now are leading a transformation in how we present our information and services to people affected by breast cancer. We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. This will entail collaborating across several high profile projects spanning various directorates and co-ordinating with internal teams (such as our Services, Nursing and Data teams) and external partner agencies.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is ideally based in our London or Sheffield office but could also be in our Cardiff, or Glasgow office. Our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

We are seeking a versatile communications professional with a passion for media & PR to join our team and help us drive forward change. This is a fast paced and varied role, working across teams and with our community to put ovarian cancer at the top of the agenda.
The role is a full time role, working 35 hours per week. Fixed term contract for 12 months.
We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in Angel, London when required.
